The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is located in Nusa Dua, a tropical paradise where the sea is calm, the sand is pristine and the luxury of serenity prevails. The beachfront resort's cliff-top perch reveals sweeping Indian Ocean views, and villas offers private pools and exclusive butler services.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali was truly wonderful, and what made it especially memorable was the exceptional service from the entire team. A special thank you to Hadi and the butler team, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Hadi was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, always anticipating our needs and taking care of even the smallest details. His genuine care and personalized service made us feel truly valued. The entire team was consistently gracious, professional, and welcoming. While the resort itself is beautiful, it is the people and their genuine hospitality that truly make the experience special. Thank you to Hadi, Darma, Wita and everyone at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning! Highly recommended!

We had a relaxing stay here, the high point is the staff, they are just wonderful, warm and helpful and really do make your stay special. The property is kept very clean, and the gardens are exquisite. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean, and well appointed; although would be nice to have been able to have had a Smart TV to access Netflix/Amazon etc.I had a lovely massage in the spa, and the food that we had in the restaurants was of good quality. The breakfast buffet is fabulous. The only disappointment would be that, in terms of a 5 star rating, I would say that this hotel is more of a 4 star and is in desperate need of an upgrade in many areas. It's all of the little details, if you look around you will see that it is in need of redecoration and repair, around the resort and in the rooms. The Sunbeds were rusty, and the cushions flat and uncomfortable. The slippers in my room had been used and the robe felt grubby. So, more attention to detail with things like that; as that's what makes a place worthy of a 5 star grading. It is in a nice location, in a quieter area of the island, on a nice white sandy beach. The other thing to mention is, whatever they are doing to prevent bugs, they are doing a great job! As didn't see anything at all - which is a real bonus to me!

This hotel is bigggg but amazing, blended in a super lush green garden that gives it a wonderful upper class setting. The breakfast is mouth watering, with a lot of options and variety. The staff is attentive but a bit lost. Alit from the reception was incredible with a misunderstanding about my keys. The room was really nice and the bed was really comfortable. The pool is a must see, set on the beach. The staff from the beach grill are very attentive and welcoming. I found the staff at the beach area a bit more confused but I am sure it’s because of the amount of people that are present. The beach area closes at 5pm .. a bit early actually, and the beach amenities like the towels and the sunbeds are definately not to standard, I am sure it’s a lack of Renovation. Due to the tide during this period in the morning the tide was high and in the afternoon the sea practically disappears. We were so lucky we saw baby turtles the day we arrived. Sooo nice! If I must say the fact that the spa doesn’t have a mani and pedicure menu as long as blow dry included in their services is definately a negative note. We had lunch and dinner in the various restaurants and all was always very nice. There is a monkey colony present in the hotel and we were lucky enough to see them

When a member of staff from our beloved Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Ms Putah, told us a few years ago that she would be moving home to Bali and taking up employment in the Ritz Carlton there, we promised to visit if we got the opportunity. Fast forward to August of this year and my husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending two lovely weeks at The Ritz-Carlton Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the exceptional level of genuine warmth shown by the Ladies and Gentlemen there. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and genuinely valued and Ms Putah made a huge difference to our stay. A special mention must go to Chef Kojong, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. His genuine care, passion for hospitality and food was evident and he made us feel incredibly well looked after. We very much appreciated the personal attention he gave us - especially the delicious fresh mangosteens each morning - and will not forget his kindnesses. The wonderful team at Bejana restaurant took great care of us every day, including Chef Sujana, Chef Adi Natha, Artha, Esa and Devi. We were also so well looked-after in the Ritz-Carlton Lounge that we returned every day for lunch and popped in for an after-dinner drink each evening. It was lovely to get to know the team there and we were continually impressed by how attentive they were to our preferences and needs. They created an atmosphere that felt welcoming and personal and I truly enjoyed my sincere conversations with Cici and Novi. The grounds of the resort are well-kept and the views from reception, the lounge and Bejana to the sea are spectacular. Golf buggies come within minutes to whisk you from your room to wherever you want to go in the resort should you choose not to walk. Having a room with its own pool was a blessing for us as we found the pool and beach lounger areas crowded and noisy. Before our visit, we saw some reviews suggesting that some parts of the resort are dated and in need of renovation and, while this is a fair reflection particularly of the pool area, the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton Bali made those details fade to the background for us. We are extremely grateful to everyone who looked after us during our stay, especially those that we have mentioned.

We went for a relaxing family vacation (with a 3yo kid) in August. The room was spatious and extremely clean, the pool access from the room extremely nice (and quiet, there were only few rooms with access to that private pool so we basically had the pool only to ourselves). The beach club was well organized and between the see and the pool the place was a real delight (to mention the bar accessible from the pool without the need to get off the water, very nice). That being said, the real strength of the place is the people: everybody was amazing, the service is top tier, from the check in with Dewi to the many waiters and chefs in the restaurants (I cannot avoid to mention Mr. Adi Putra and Mr. Ditok that were amazing, both extremely kind to us during all our stay). We also scheduled a photo session with Radi, pictures were amazing and he was precise, fast and great to work with. Can’t wait to go back there next time I’ll be in Bali!
