I experienced a disappointing situation during my stay, particularly regarding a dinner reservation and how the matter was handled at the restaurant. However, after sharing my concerns, the hotel management contacted me personally the following morning. Dewi, the Room Division Manager, took the time to listen, understand my experience, and address the situation with genuine care and professionalism. While the initial experience was upsetting, I appreciate the effort made by the management team to acknowledge the issue and make things right. The hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking the river, with authentic Balinese décor. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and consistently went out of their way to accommodate our requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa experience was excellent and truly one of the highlights of our visit. Overall, the resort offers wonderful hospitality and stunning surroundings, though it would benefit greatly from some renovation and updating to fully match the quality of its setting and service.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo luogo meraviglioso. L’esperienza qui è stata straordinaria: un autentico soggiorno indonesiano di lusso, immerso nella bellezza, nella tranquillità e nella cura di ogni dettaglio. Per la nostra luna di miele siamo stati omaggiati di un massaggio di coppia, dell’iconica colazione in piscina e di una splendida esperienza fotografica all’interno di questa struttura così suggestiva. La cornice dell’hotel era semplicemente fantastica, ma ciò che ha reso tutto ancora più speciale è stato Gede, il nostro fotografo di Photo in Bali. Con grande sensibilità, pazienza e professionalità, è riuscito a catturare l’essenza di questo luogo magico e trasformarla in ricordi autentici e memorabili per la nostra coppia. We spent two nights in this wonderful place, although calling it simply a hotel truly does not do it justice. The experience here was extraordinary — a true luxurious Indonesian stay surrounded by beauty, peace, and incredible attention to detail. For our honeymoon, we were gifted a couples massage, the iconic floating breakfast in the pool, and an amazing photography experience within this breathtaking setting. The hotel itself provided a stunning backdrop, but what made everything even more special was Gede, our photographer from Photo in Bali. With great sensitivity, patience, and professionalism, he perfectly captured the essence of this magical place and turned it into authentic, unforgettable memories for us as a couple.
