Dream holidays
We came to Bali with our family for two week holidays. This hotel exceeded our expectations for sure. From the very beginning to the end. Everything was superb. Special thanks to Wayan Karba, you made our holidays more special with all the little things. We enjoyed every minute being there. The spa was fantastic. Rohit is super recommended, my husband loved his massages. We also enjoyed the sound therapy with him. We had a pool villa, very well designed, spacious, private, beds really comfortable. Kids loved the salt water pool, it is really big, always clean. To sum up, the whole time there was magical, thank you, we will definitely come back.

Our experience at the Saint Regis in Bali!
Wow, wow, and wow…what an experience at the St. Regis Bali Resort. We have stayed in many St. Regis resorts, and this location is second to none. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the welcoming arrival and smooth check in, the attention to detail was impressive and gratifying. My wife was celebrating her birthday, and at every encounter of our stay, everyone knew of our celebration. Our villa was like a penthouse with two pools. One a saltwater pool (Lagoon) that ran like a river behind the villas and connected to other parts of the property. The villa to book is the Lagoon View, Private Outdoor Pool, Lagoon Access, 1-Bedroom Villa. We added a special event to our stay with a romantic sunset dinner on the beach. For this event, I want to Shout-Out for Kudos to three individuals that made the already special event even more memorable. The two-waiters, Sukertha and Purnay were excellent and Chef Budi prepared an exquisite gourmet meal with special touches from start to finish. If you happen to be at the resort on a Sunday, be sure to book the Sunday Brunch. You will not be disappointed. Overall, I can go on and on with recognition to this resort’s concept of service and attention to detail. If you are traveling to Bali, there’s no other place to stay then at the St. Regis Bali Resort. Much kudos to the resort management for running such a tight and successful operation.

Lovely beach stay
It's a beautiful property and the staff is friendly. A part of our desire to stay at this property was the promise of the pristine beach and that did not disappoint. We never had an issue finding loungers and the team would bring water, towels, lotion and spray as soon as we arrived. Ordering from the beach restaurant was a breeze and the drinks/food always hit the spot. The staff was always around with a warm greeting and quick to answer questions. We fully took advantage of the coffee/tea service in room. The restaurants on property were also very good. Though, a couple of days we went off property for local fare. The breakfast was a nice buffet with limited menu ordering. A couple of drawbacks of the breakfast was that there was no included sparkling wine/mimosa option. It was fully order by the glass. Also, any time we ordered off of the menu, we were told immediately after ordering that the kitchen was getting ready to close so that was our last chance to order (30-60 mins before breakfast ended). The fire dance was also a cool experience at dusk. Room service was quick and food was delivered to us warmer than most other hotels are able to manage. The butler team was incredibly nice. Though, we wish they would have given us a quick rundown of what they were available to help us with. They arranged for airport transport and had a teammate at the airport to assist if anything was needed. This was great touch. Overall, it was a great beach stay on an immaculate property.

Wonderful experience
We had a fantastic time at St Regis Bali. The hotel, restaurants, grounds, facilities, beach and pools were all first class. But the best part was the incredible staff at the hotel, every single person made our stay into the best we have had anywhere.

Exceeded expectations
I don’t usually love larger hotels, but the staff at the St Regis made it feel like home. Everyone (and I mean everyone) knew my name from day 1, which I find to be pretty rare. My suite was gorgeous. The saltwater pool is beautiful and relatively quiet. The beach setup with umbrellas and towels is super nice. I did two of their day trips with a guide and loved the experiences they offered to North Bali and East Bali. The massage at the spa was amazing, highly recommend the coconut cream hair treatment. Beautiful common spaces and excellent choices for dining. A wonderful stay.
