Excellent service and memorable moments
From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was smooth and well organized. The driver was on time, friendly, and the car was very comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful there was even an elderly man playing traditional balinese musical instrument in the lobby , which created such a relaxing and welcoming vibe after a long flight. Check in was quick and the front desk staff were very kind. Marcella was especially wonderful she welcomed us with a warm smile and patiently assisted us. Throughout our stay, she always greeted us kindly and helped whenever we had questions. I gave her a small gift some chocolate from Kazakhstan as a thank you. We were also briefly assisted by Mahendra butler, who was polite and attentive, he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was great, and the facilities from the pool to the restaurants were excellent. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Excellent stay ever, greatest service, greatest staff and team.
From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the point when we walked into the check-in counter at the airport to return to Singapore, the service from the entire St Regis team was meticulous, sincere and impressive. The coordination and communications among the ground crew were evident. Butlers Rahmad and Edli left nice touches inside the hotel room, providing personalised messages to my family and I and strove to keep us updated about the room services. The buggy rides were always enjoyable and brought us wherever we wanted to inside the big resort. The transfer to and fro via the Toyota Alphard was comfortable and clean and luxurious. The room cleaning services was immaculate and very considerate, helping us to hang up our wet suits to dry at the balcony. The facilities at St Regis was well thought through and holistic. I loved the salt water lagoon as it felt like I was swimming in a lagoon in another world altogether. The spa was wonderful. I took the very basic Balinese massage and the experience was out of this world. Mei did a wonderful job making me comfortable and relaxed with her skillful hands and experience. The beach was clean and exclusive only to the guests of St Regis. We went out on a glass bottom canoe (complimentary) and saw some reefs and small fishes. We could also swim out (or snorkel, although we didn't do that) enough to see some small fishes too! Our ten-year-old went to the Children's Centre and had fun there too, with the friendly staff who kept him company and taught him how to do a Balinese dance. We took a tour out from the hotel - they helped us to organise the tour very quickly and efficiently. We also signed up for the Chef's Garden cooking class. Although it was not as hands on as I've taught, I managed to get a skill or two about Balinese cuisines with the very friendly chef and staff there. They have a very nice garden with herbs and fruits so the lunch we had at the garden was definitely one of the freshest, most authentic experience we've ever had. The spices and marinate was really delicious. The hotel also made a very nice photo souvenir and gave it to us at the end of the day - we felt very touched. Will definitely go back again when there's a chance. Thank you St Regis for giving me and my family such a wonderful holiday to remember in time to come.

a true paradise in Bali
wow wow wow where do i begin from the moment we arrived the service was exemplary, greeted by Katya on front desk who was beyond helpful, the pool and beach staff go above and beyond nothing is too much trouble, the breakfast is fabulous and again each and every staff member know your name and are a pure delight , it was our anniversary we had chocolates flowers petals we ate at Kayuputi which was outstanding, i could go on and on about this hotel true paradise the best placecto stay in Bali

My stay here was nothing less than exceptional. Every single member of the staff I interacted with was amazing. Special thanks to Candra, andd Mohamad Sofyan. Both are top tier staff. The resort was amazing. The beach was amazing. The restaurants and spa were absolutely amazing. Dont miss the fire show! It was amazing. Thanks again to EVERYONE at The St Regis Bali

Amazing stay !
We stayed at 2 hotels during our recent Bali trip, with St Regis undoubtedly being the highlight of the trip. From the moment we were picked up from the 1st hotel in an Alphard (an upgrade compared to the Avanzas we were travelling around in the days before) to the army of staff welcoming us and quickly offloading our luggages to the reception area which opens up to the beautiful sea, we knew we were in for a treat. I picked the Family Tradition package for the added benefits for my 2 kids, and it was well worth it. We were lucky enough to receive an early check in at 1.30 pm, and was taken on a short resort tour by our first butler, Widana before arriving at our suite where a beautiful birthday decoration awaited our toddler daughter. On top of that, there was a welcome kit for our 2 kids and other treats like cupcakes, kids sized bathrobe and bedroom slippers. We had dinner and breakfast for the next 2 days at Boneka which gave the word buffet an elevated fine dining meaning and experience, and i have elaborated my experience quite extensively in Boneka's page. Now back to St Regis; the salt water lagoon was a treat to swim in as we traverse the length, exploring different entry and exit points. One of them eventually led us to the main pool where we spent the whole afternoon lazing at the gazebo, swimming in the pool and making sandcastles at the beach. If there's 1 point to note, the main pool's water does have a fair bit of things floating in it, but I suppose that can't be helped due to its proximity to the beach and the vegetation surrounding it. We were also offered some small bites on the first day, but however did not receive any on the 2nd day since they appeared to have ran out before reaching where we sat. The kids club however was a bit underwhelming. The music room was good for kids to explore and learn the traditional musical instrument, but the other rooms didn't manage to entice my kids to stick around for long. The butler service was very much appreciated. I've gotten countless of rounds of drinks delivered, clothes pressed and also packed on the day I left. The way the clothes were packed was done so well that the shirt arrived back in my home country without needing to be ironed again. Kudos to Widana, Mahendra and other butlers whom I did not managed to get the chance to interact with but is working behind the scenes to make all of these magic happen. Other things worth mentioning was the free ice cream for the kids daily which was something they really looked forward to, and the fish feeding activity. The elderly gentleman playing the musical instrument at the lobby also gave our kids a chance to interact with him and also the instruments. There are so many friendly and warm faces which made our stay extra memorable, so much so that we're already planning our next plan to return again. My regret is that I cannot name all of them in this review but they should all know that their interactions with us has made the stay a much more memorable one.
