Outstanding stay at St. Regis Bali - can't recommend enough
This was genuinely one of our best hotel experiences. The St. Regis Bali really delivers. The butler service here is different from other places we've tried. They set up a WhatsApp group which made everything super convenient. What I liked most was they'd reach out proactively - checking our plans or making suggestions without us having to ping them constantly. Never felt pushy. There was this one moment that showed their attention to detail: my wife skipped non-veg one day, and when she ordered a chicken dish the next day, someone actually came to confirm the order was right. Small thing but it shows they're paying attention. Tea and coffee service all day was great. Butler even suggested chamomile tea one evening which was spot on. We got upgraded to a Lagoon Villa with private pool. The lagoon pool is huge and gorgeous - spent most of our time there. Pool bar was perfect for lazy afternoon drinks. They went all out for our son - set up a little tent in the room with soft toys that he was obsessed with. For our anniversary they decorated the bed and bathtub with rose petals, plus left a cake. Made it feel really special. Son had a blast. Kids club was good, he fed the lobby fish every single day (became his ritual), and the free ice cream card they gave him for 3-4pm was genius - he counted down to it daily. Ice creams around the property were everywhere. Beach is clean and well looked after. They had daily activities planned. One night they did an outdoor Christmas movie with popcorn and drinks which was lovely. There was even a wedding during our stay but honestly we barely noticed - they managed it really well. Buggy service was on point - never waited more than a minute or two. Gym is big and has proper equipment. Got a 30-minute foot reflexology as a Titanium welcome gift and it was excellent. They acknowledged our anniversary multiple times which was nice. Actually quite a few staff remembered our names throughout the stay which doesn't happen often at big resorts. Food was consistently good across all restaurants. Breakfast spread was massive with plenty for vegetarians. Big shoutout to Hery and Mulya from the butler team - they were fantastic. Bottom line: St. Regis Bali gets luxury right through service and people, not just fancy facilities. We'll definitely be back.

A great stay at the St Regis
The service was spectacular at the St Regis Bali. I commend the butler staff, Andy, Ernie an Dita, they went above and beyond to accomodate our needs during our 5 day stay. The restaurant staff, especially Swandewi, remembered what drinks we favored and what dishes we preferred. I enjoyed the filet with foie gras for breakfast. The daily jamu selection is a must! The tumeric jamu helped with a mild cold I had that week. The lagoon was a treat. I especially enjoyed swimming after dinner.

The classiest hotel on the island that delivers clean and beautiful ambiance in every corner of the property, and across every experience with staff. The hospitality we received from the Spa staff was particularly amazing. This ranks as my #1 spa of choice every visit to Bali. Dream holidays
We came to Bali with our family for two week holidays. This hotel exceeded our expectations for sure. From the very beginning to the end. Everything was superb. Special thanks to Wayan Karba, you made our holidays more special with all the little things. We enjoyed every minute being there. The spa was fantastic. Rohit is super recommended, my husband loved his massages. We also enjoyed the sound therapy with him. We had a pool villa, very well designed, spacious, private, beds really comfortable. Kids loved the salt water pool, it is really big, always clean. To sum up, the whole time there was magical, thank you, we will definitely come back.
