W Bali, Seminyak

I recently booked the FIRE restaurant’s private dining room at W Hotel for my intimate wedding reception, and it was an unforgettable experience. Adi was amazing throughout the entire process—so patient, attentive, and thoughtful in making sure everything was arranged perfectly to suit our needs. The service on the day was exceptional, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the evening feel special. I was so impressed and truly grateful for the care and effort that went into making our celebration so memorable. Thank you to the entire team at W Hotel and FIRE restaurant—you made our special day even more magical!

We stayed at this property while celebrating our honeymoon and big booked the villa, however, to our shock, there was a worker working in the next villa on the top floor, and there was no privacy, privacy and continuous noise of hammers really made our stay miserable.

Very friendly staff, cosy and comfortable , good food , nice swimming pools , suit very big and clean , they send welcome drinks , cakes and fruits to room

W Bali, well done and we will be back! We arrived to a really well maintained, clean and facing the sea check in. This is our first time in W Bali and we will never stay anywhere else again! The check in was quick and easy, the room was ready and we love the size of the room. At the back of our mind, we were comparing with W Singapore and this is definitely more well maintained and nicer! The pool was lovely and the staff was very observant and attentive and good job! We had our breakfast this morning and definitely recommend if you like to just stay at the hotel in the morning. Good view of the beach and a slow breakfast. However coffee was slow but staff made every attempt so it is probably a busy morning. The gym facilities is great but does look a tiny dated and have everything you need for a workout. Overall we love it and SURELY will be back.

The hotel facilities and rooms are fantastic but what stands out is the outstanding services provide by the team of staff . A big shout out to server Winda and Agit and the chef Budi who went out of the way to accommodate my daughter diet requirement . My daughter had celiac and cannot take gluten . Winda recommended some suggestion and even got the chef out to ensure us . Winda and Agit served with a big smile and this is the human touch that differentiate the good hotels from the rest .
