W Bali, Seminyak

The service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The property was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend the Villa suite, as it has its own private pool and cabana! & The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had.

This beautiful hotel is not only visually stunning, the service and hospitality of the staff is top notch! We went here for our honeymoon. The villa we stayed at was clean and to our surprise decorated nicely for our honeymoon. The food was great, spa was clean, the outdoor pool and views were amazing. I can’t say enough about the hospitality that we received. I want to start of by thanking jevon, Nathan, Gerald - the wonderful staff who welcomed us right when we got to the hotel on a Sunday night. Jevon thank you for taking care of us- for helping us with our laundry! Nathan- thank you for your wonderful stories of your travels and for sending us a basket of fresh fruit in our room when we were sick! Gerald thank you for always offering to give us a ride back to our villa! To the wonderful staff of starfish bloo- especially Nita, kello, Dwi- thank you for the wonderful service. For bringing us ginger tea, jamu and just overall making sure that we are taken care of. To the outdoor poolside staff- Putu and Nofa - thank you for being so friendly and the great service! To the staff at fire- the restaurant- special mention to Gede- you are so kind and Ryan (friday fire) your laugh is so infectious and thank you for giving me all the oysters! Haha! - thank you for accommodating us - your service was exceptional. To our guy in woo bar! - rain- thank you for the quick and friendly service! The people at the spa- special mention to sayu and mega- the massages were amazing we really felt relaxed and well taken care of. Last but not the least- Adi- we loved your energy and friendly vibe! Thank you for always making sure that we are taken care of. You are amazing. To all the staff, the room service crew, the people who made sure our room is clean- to the wonderful manager Regan- thank you all so much! All of you made our honeymoon amazing, unforgettable and we can’t wait to come back! Hopefully with kids! We are so very grateful for the service you gave us! We had an excellent four night stay at W Bali at the end of a three week trip in the surrounding countries. From the moment we checked in to the day of check out, the service was impeccable. This was our second time in Bali in three weeks and while we planned to leave the resort, we ended up staying on resort the whole time. There were endless things to eat, drink, and have conversations about. Adi and Felinda visited with us daily to invite us to activities. Daily breakfast by the beach was a highlight. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

W Bali is a fantastic place to stay with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding. We had the pleasure of dining at Starfish Bloo, which turned out to be our best restaurant experience in Bali—largely thanks to Adus, who made our dinner truly unforgettable. We've never encountered better restaurant service. We also had a fantastic time working out with Arta at the spa center.

Our stay at W Bali - Seminyak was truly amazing & and unforgettable. From the exceptional service provided by their talents to the stunning design and luxurious amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The W Bali talents were incredibly attentive and helpful, making our stay feel truly pampered. Kids were so happy and enjoyed the private swimming pool at Marvelous One Bedroom Villa. Their service mantra "Whatever Whenever" is really implemented for every single guest. Each restaurant has the iconic talent who will take care of you, and they really all out in provided the genuine care.
