W Bali, Seminyak

Great ocean view resort in the heart of Seminyak! Had an epic 3-night stay and wished we had more! Views were so great all day and night, room was nicely cleaned however quite late in the day on one occasion and a evening turn down was missed. Our package included early and late checkout which i understand is subject to availability but the reception team were unwilling to honour them until even the hotel was empty. Overall we loved it here, will return for sure! The whole crew were amazing from breakfast to the pool guys and house keeping! The buggy team we epic, big shout out to Dharma and Ragha who really took care of us throughout! Will return for sure, great location to everything including beach clubs right next door and food, omg the food!

The service and the people were absolutely fantastic! If I come to the area again, I would definitely consider to stay at the same place. Dini was the greatest hostess to accommodate our early arrival and late checkout with kids! The resort, villa, and breakfast were all amazing.

Lots of mixed thoughts about the W. I can see why people rave about it so perhaps it’s just us. From the moment you turn off the main road the drive to the lobby has to be one of the most enchanting and you already feel this is going to be special. I’m not sure it’s luxury, probably “relaxed luxury” is a better description as there is a certain casualness to everything. The rooms are really very good, the pool area great, the location good however the beach is very dirty and not pleasant. so why 3 stars. 1. The air conditioning in the room can’t cope with the afternoon sun and so if you are on the top level and have everything open for the views it’s a little toasty. 2. The service is just over the top and constant. It is all very scripted and not much from the heart but they just don’t leave you alone especially at Fire where they watched every mouthful we ate and as soon as we were done, whoosh, the plates were gone. 3. One of the eating options was closed for renovation so you are very limited. They don’t advertise this. 4. There was a corporate function on the grounds at night with music blaring so forget it if you wanted a peaceful stay that night. All that said the hotel did try and accommodate us and offered a different room etc but the fact is we didn’t get what we paid for which was a slice of luxury and that’s not right. Honestly I think there are other hotels that have just as good an offering at a different price point. Glad we tried it but unlikely to return.

Exceptional stay – truly unforgettable! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Seminyak. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The ambience is stunning—peaceful, elegant, and perfectly Balinese, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway with family. The food was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, with great variety and excellent quality at every meal. Every detail felt well taken care of. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding customer service. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Dini, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. From arranging spa bookings to beautifully setting up our room, she handled everything with such grace and efficiency. We are especially grateful for her kindness in allowing us to extend our checkout from 12 pm to 6 pm due to the extreme heat and our late-night flight. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference for us and showed exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Dini, and the entire team for such a comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seminyak.

I mean the best photos you can havE in the whole world. The photographer is so talented so good with little kids n perfect customer service. The lady so nice to communicate and understanding the needs. Perfect place to make memories. Ms Wulan and ms Nurfha are so lovely ladies to help you understand your experience and needs . Its a place which take your emotions into memory.
