W Bali – Seminyak exceeded every expectation my sister and I had. This hotel deserves the highest rating in every category, but what truly makes it stand out is the people. Customer service is on a completely different level here. Every single person we encountered, and I truly mean everyone, greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel like family. Nothing ever felt forced or rehearsed. Every conversation, every interaction, and every thoughtful gesture came from the heart. That kind of sincere hospitality is rare, and it’s what made this stay so special. A heartfelt thank you to Don on the Whatever Whenever Team for checking in with us every day to make sure we were having the best time. Those daily check-ins meant so much and showed how much the team genuinely cares about their guests. Thank you also to Nando and Nita. I’ll truly miss our morning conversations during breakfast. You both started each day with such warmth and kindness, and those moments became one of my favorite parts of our trip. Of course, the resort itself is absolutely beautiful: the rooms, the grounds, the food, and the atmosphere are all exceptional. But it’s the incredible team that turns a beautiful hotel into an unforgettable experience. Thank you for making my sister and me feel so welcomed and cared for. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. I will definitely be back… and I already want my same room! 🥰

My stay at W Bali was one of the highlights of my Bali vacation. From the moment I arrived, the experience started on a high note. Although I reached the hotel early in the morning after an overnight flight, the team managed to have my room ready by around 10:30 AM, which was greatly appreciated and set the tone for the rest of my stay. I stayed in a Premier Ocean Facing Room, and the room was spacious, stylish and offered beautiful ocean views. What stood out the most was the overall atmosphere of the resort. W Bali has a vibrant yet relaxed energy. Whether spending time at the beach, lounging by the pool or simply walking around the property, it always felt like a place where you wanted to slow down and enjoy your vacation. The breakfast spread offered an excellent variety and the quality of the food was consistently very good. More importantly, the service throughout the resort was warm, friendly and genuine. The location is another major advantage. It provides easy access to some of Seminyak’s best restaurants and beach clubs while still feeling like a destination in itself. One thing to note is that during my stay, WooBar and the beach cabanas were under renovation. While this didn’t significantly impact my overall experience, I was looking forward to enjoying those facilities, and I hope they are fully operational for future guests. The only aspect that didn’t quite match the exceptionally high standards of the rest of the resort was the Away Spa. The facilities are beautiful and the service is excellent, but for the premium price, I personally expected a stronger therapeutic massage. It was a good experience, just not as memorable as the rest of the resort. My only other observation was breakfast on my final morning. The restaurant was noticeably busier (being a Saturday), and the service felt slower and less efficient than on the previous days, with longer waits for orders. I’m not sure whether this was simply due to the higher weekend occupancy, but it was the only time during my stay where the service didn’t reflect the otherwise excellent standards of the resort. Overall, W Bali delivers a wonderful balance of luxury, comfort, atmosphere and hospitality. It became my favourite place to return to after every outing, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant luxury beachfront resort in Seminyak. I would certainly stay here again on a future visit to Bali.

I had an amazing stay at W Bali! The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. A special mention to the wonderful team at the spa and the restaurant—you are all truly outstanding! Your professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made every experience so enjoyable. A huge, huge thank you to Mama from the restaurant for going the extra mile to find mangosteen fruit for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated the extra effort. Small acts like this make a big difference and show how much the team cares about their guests. Thank you to everyone at W Bali for such an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to come back!

The right way to describe is ‘Home away from Home’ From the moment of check in to the time of departure the experience has been commendable. This would have been our 4th return since 2019 , 2020 Feb 2023 Dec and now June 2026. It was nice to see old faces that I remember from the last visit- Chef Dwi from Star Fish Bloo, my second time cooking with him. Still positive, still polite, still kind and very courteous. I can only imagine the pressure in the kitchen and yet all the service staffs including kitchen and servers at the restaurant were very caring and friendly making it truly comfortable. Food was great, missed out few breakfast because of late nights and early morning schedule but we made sure we tried out the maximum from the spread. Concierge - I’ve never seen any concierge team so energetic and eager to assist at all times as the team at W Bali. April , Villa, Doan , Denny names I’ll remember for a while. You guys made our stay more meaningful with your inputs on restaurants to go, places to explore and even things to do. Some of the guys who’s faces were our everyday routine that never failed to carry the smiles with those humor that will be in my memories as part of the holiday - Aditya , Every , Don.. just to name some. Hospitality - top notch I loved the way housekeeping team would make up the room understanding the pattern of our usage from towels , to bathroom accessories to just leaving the love on the study table , be it as little as arranging our spectacles and keeping the cleaning cloth on for our use. How thoughtful of Ade Deuta . It was indeed a very pampering and refreshing stay of 8 nights ? One thing I noticed was that every talent in the hotel seem to enjoy what they do and showed great respect amongst the colleagues too. I can surely say W Bali would be in top 3 of my fav Marriott hotels.

We had an amazing 11-night stay at W Bali - Seminyak. The location is one of the best parts right on Seminyak Beach, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The room was always clean, well-organized, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was consistently great with a wide variety, and the facilities, including the gym, pool, and spa, were all top quality. What stood out the most was the service. During our stay, we were unwell for a few days, and the team handled everything with care and professionalism, arranging medical support directly to our room, which we truly appreciated. A special thanks to Mr. Every and Miss Ella for their kindness and support, as well as the thoughtful farewell gesture that made a great ending to our stay. Overall, a memorable experience and definitely a place we would recommend
