I am so impressed with this hotel mainly because of its staff Kevin in the Explorer Cafe and Adrianne and Danielle in the Formula Expresso are such sweet, professional and engaging souls. They made me laugh, feel welcome, and feel like family. My stay here was amazing and I look forward to visiting again and often.

I have to say, I'm staying here currently (until Sunday), and I'm disappointed. Some of this is me not realizing that the Royal Sonesta hotel that pops up when you Google this hotel is in fact the one with the spa and sauna and pool four blocks down. Bait and switch aside, a four-star hotel maybe wants to provide its guests with a coffee machine, two functioning elevators, fridges in the room, more than two limp pillows, and multiple small holes in the walls -- not just in my room, but the elevator bay itself. The staff, perhaps knowing the aforementioned downsides, are very kind. I was really hoping for more, though; I've had a hard few months and was excited for this.

My daughter and I stayed at the Royal Sonesta hotel to attend a volleyball tournament. From the time I checked in until we left the service was professional and friendly. We had to change our plans several times as there was a winter storm due to hit in the middle of our stay and the team did a top notch job helping us through the process. In particular Michele, Tza and Jose were incredibly helpful. We were treated as if we were elite members of the brand even though it was our first time at a Sonesta. I highly recommend a stay.

We were in town for shows and stayed at the Sonesta for what turned out to be an extended weekend due to the snow storm. Everything was absolutely first class. The room, fitness center / spa, service, and most importantly the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we were very well taken care of. I want to shout out some of the people who were exceptional during our stay - Trai, Austin, Terri, Charlotte, and Kevin. We were there a total of 5 days and despite being stuck a few extra days due to the snow, had a really great time making the most of it. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and we look forward to coming back. 10/10.

The only thing I requested when I made my reservation was not to be next to the ice machine. I specifically asked the front desk woman to not be next to the ice machine and she told me I have no idea where any of the rooms are. After waiting for 20 minutes to get my room, I came back down to tell her guess what it’s next to the ice machine and she made me wait in line again I will say this is the worst Customer Service I’ve experienced.
