Austin to the Rescue
After unfortunately having to cancel our stay for a medical reason, it was very frustrating trying to cancel our booking through the third party. At first, the hotel was great about cancelling, but then I was given a hard time trying to get proof of my cancellation for the insurance company. Thankfully Austin saved the day! Thanks so much!

Erroneous Charges
I get so tired of booking on Priceline and being charged by hotels. It's like they can't read the list of charges already made. I called and asked for assistance. I was told someone would call me back. Never happened. Will dispute with Amex. Okay hotel. Not worth the price.
