Excellent stay. Clean and modern
We stayed here to go to an orioles game. We thought the hotel was great and nice and clean. We had a spacious suite. Every employee was gracious and helpful and friendly. Especially Anthony the doorman and Kevin the bartender. We would stay again. Excellent location by the harbor and walking distance to everything.

Friendly, helpful staff who treated me like royalty.
This hotel was beautiful, especially for business travel. It was nice to be near Inner Harbor and able to walk around the harbor after meetings. The rooms were clean and spacious. I didn't hear noise from anywhere when I was in my room--the elevators (I had a room close to them), the hallways, and outside were all quiet. The view of the little garden was nice to see. Anthony at valet parking was the first face I saw upon arrival and the last person I saw before leaving. Anthony was extremely professional and gave a great impression. He was informative, he held doors, and he always had a smile and a wave. That all added to the Royal experience at this hotel.

Trai at the front desk provided top notch service. He was accommodating, extremely courteous and was an excellent interface with the hotel.

One of My favorite hotel experiences
We stayed here for my daughter's wedding, and it was such a great experience. Staff were amazing, even gave me a bottle of champaigne when I told them I was mom of bride. We partied in the bar at night, used the coffee shop in the a.m., and enjoyed the proximity to the harbor. My daughter had a suite, and it was stunning..great view, and enough room for us all to get ready there. This was one of my favorite stays in a hotel ever. I am not staying anywhere else in B'more ever again.
