Disappointed in High Caliber Hotel
The overall stay was ok. For a 5-star hotel and price per night the accommodation should have been impeccable. The television in the bedroom did not work and both handhelds of the room phones were inoperable. Room phone calls could only be made via speaker phone. The rugs were also stained and dirty in need of carpet cleaning/steaming. Sofa bed that slept 2 tweens were subpar as they complained of the metal bar hurting their back and sides. Also, the lock on the balcony door was broken with security only from the foot latch that could easily be forced open. Disappointed in these inconveniences and security concern from a top rated hotel. On a positive note; the decor, room size, toiletries, hotel grounds, staff service, and location were all great!

Boozy tea is a must!
This was our second time having boozy tea at the Pendry. First and foremost, it is such a fun and unique experience. What makes it even better and will keep us coming back is how passionate the staff is about the teas and bites they have created for you. Maddie was very accommodating and Tyler was so enthusiastic about each cup of tea he poured for us. It truly made our anniversary special. Would highly recommend for any special occasion or even just to liven up a Baltimore weekend.

The Pendry does not disappoint!! Their service from the moment they great you at the Valet, to checking in, room service, etc... exceptional!!!

Boozy tea
Amazing time at Boozy tea with Tyler. Come by and see him. You will not be disappointed. I will be back. My friends and I enjoyed the tea and food. Great atmosphere.

Spencer is Amazing!!!!!
Spencer is amazing. We were a party of 8 that had unique restrictions on food that Spencer catered to amazingly. We had kids with diabetes and nut allergies, and a mix of diabetics and meat eaters. Spencer is the man!!!!!!
