Sagamore Pendry Baltimore

Our stay at Pendry Baltimore was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Our room and the view were spectacular. The pool and the vibes were perfect. There are so many places to eat and shop within walking distance. Saturday Farmer's Market is one of the best. We've been telling everyone about our visit. We will be back!

The Pendry Baltimore has become so much more than a hotel to our family it truly feels like our home away from home. We have been staying at the Pendry in Fells Point every year since 2018 for our annual family vacation. We come down for a week to relax by the pool, catch a couple of Orioles games, enjoy some amazing Maryland seafood and crabs, and spend time together in one of our favorite places. Somehow, every year our stay gets better and better, and the biggest reason for that is the incredible staff at the Pendry. And we especially have to recognize Terrance. From the moment we pull up to valet and see Terrance, we immediately feel like we're back home. The fact that he remembers our family year after year even though we are only there for about one week each year is honestly incredible. He remembers us, welcomes us back, asks how everyone is doing, and immediately goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. But what really makes Terrance special are all the little things he does throughout our entire stay. Every morning when we head out to get our coffee and take our morning walk through Fells Point, Terrance is there with a smile, greeting us and asking how we're doing. No matter how busy he is, he's always running to open the door for us and making sure we have everything we need. You can tell that it isn't forced or simply part of his job - he genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in making people feel welcome. Seeing him each morning has honestly become part of our Pendry tradition. This year, our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, and once again Terrance made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. He took care of our luggage, made sure everything got to our room, and kept checking in with us so we could simply head out, walk around Fells Point, grab something to eat, and start enjoying our vacation. It's that level of genuine care and attention that keeps us coming back year after year. Our room this year was also absolutely incredible. We had a beautiful corner room overlooking the harbor that was huge, spacious, and perfect for the three of us. The views were amazing. As always, the room was spotless. In all the years we've stayed at the Pendry, we've never had an issue with the cleanliness or condition of our room. Even the housekeeping staff we pass in the hallways are always friendly and asking if there is anything else we need. This year was also extra special because we brought friends along with us to experience Fells Point and the Pendry for the first time. They were absolutely blown away by the hotel, the property, the atmosphere, and especially the level of service. It was great getting to share a place that has become such an important part of our family's yearly tradition with them and seeing them understand exactly why we love coming back here so much. During the day, we spend most of our time at the pool, which continues to be one of our favorite parts of staying here. The setting is beautiful, the food is fantastic, the drinks are amazing, and the pool staff is always attentive and friendly. It is the perfect place to spend a summer afternoon in Baltimore. At night, we love spending time in the Cannon Room. Tim and Sean were incredible hosts and made us feel just as welcome. They remembered us from previous visits, made fantastic cocktails, asked about our family and our stay, and genuinely cared that we were having a great time. That kind of hospitality can't be taught - it's what makes this place special. There are plenty of beautiful hotels, but what separates the Pendry Baltimore is its people. Terrance is the perfect example of that. Having someone remember your family, greet you every morning with a smile, open the door for you, check on you throughout your stay, and genuinely make you feel like he's happy to see you is something you simply don't find everywhere. Tim, Sean, Terrance, and the entire staff have a way of making you feel like you're not simply another guest checking into a hotel. You feel welcomed, remembered, and genuinely cared for. Our annual trip to Fells Point has become one of our family's favorite traditions, and the Pendry is a huge part of what makes it so special. After staying here every year since 2018, we honestly wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. A very special thank you to Terrance for taking such incredible care of our family year after year, and to Tim, Sean, and the entire Pendry team for once again making our family vacation so memorable. You truly make our time in Fells Point magical, and we already can't wait to come back next year. Five stars doesn't feel like enough.

Amazing hotel, really enjoyable stay! The room was comfortable and spacious, the restaurant and bars were great, and pool was awesome.

Situated on the water with a lovely swimming pool area and great atrium area. Rooms are average for what you pay and service is a bit hit and miss. Overall a pricy option for what you get.

At over 1000$ a night on a weekend I expect a lot more. The hotel in insanely overpriced. The rooms need renovations (clearly partied in hard and not taken care of) and our particular room needed mold remediation. We will not be returning.
