Excellent service, the concierge was next level
Concierge was beyond helpful. I asked about a massage, and although they didn't have one on property, they called the local spa to set an appointment on my behalf. They also set up a room (at 8am) where my group could watch the olympic hockey game together, and even served breakfast in the cannon room. Every request I had was answered promptly and professionally, they were even easy to text with while I was out of the hotel. A member of our group dropped his phone down the elevator shaft! They called an engineer in and rescued his cell phone at midnight, with no complaints! Amazing team

I loved this place so much and my husband feels the same. The best location, historic charm, delicious food, top notch atmosphere…I could go on and on! From the moment you walk up, the Pendry commands attention. The detail in design is evident. Everywhere you look, there’s something interesting or beautiful to see. Our room was AMAZING! Right over the water and floor to ceiling windows just made it feel so special. Beds are comfortable with luxury linens. Everyone was helpful, especially the valet guys. Each one we spoke to had a good tip of where to go in Baltimore. Being first timers, we really appreciated that. One of our favorite things was doing the boozy tea. It was so fun and unique in such a beautiful room overlooking the infamous garden courtyard. All of the teas were delicious as well. The food we had there was all perfection as well as the service. We did room service for breakfast and one dinner, as well as dinner in the restaurant. Our entire experience was a total pleasure. Baltimore is a great city full of heart and we can’t wait to visit again. When we do, we’ll definitely be staying at The Pendry!

Beautiful hotel. Staff is incredibly accommodating and assisted me with everything I needed. Shout out to the assistant manager - she is so sweet. Restaurant is good. No complaints!
