Amazing Trip!!
I went on a trip with my mom at the end of June. We stayed in the VIP section. We loved the trip so much that my mom went again with my dad at the end July. From the service to the beach, we were amazed by everything and everyone and will be returning again. The rooms in the VIP section were spacious and had all the amenities that were needed. Beautiful view of the pool/sea. We stayed in 3703 and 2606 and recommend those buildings. Lechuga and Yachus were the best butlers. Cesar at the VIP beach bar was wonderful as well. All the servers at the VIP resturant gave everything to provide a wonderful experience for the guests. The ladies working in the customer service/VIP service lobby are so friendly and you can really see their efforts to make us feel right at home. We also met a wonderful gardner working with the animals by the VIP section. We forgot his name, but he also was such a delight. You can really see the goodness in all of these people.

Great hotel. We came with all the family and our kids have had a great time. Thanks to Patricia and Mabel from customer service, you’re very kind and always helped to celebrate our kid’s birthday. Also, the entertainment team is the best, thanks to Miguel, Danilo, Richard and Solangel from the Miniclub, she’s great with the kids. Food here is really tasty, and there’s a good variety of drinks. We would love to come back!!
