Not Great
This property does not live up to the standards of the Hyatt Centric brand. I have stayed at another Hyatt Centric hotel before, which was far superior to this one. I booked this stay through the Hyatt app, but later found that the same property was available at significantly lower rates on other booking platforms, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience—from service to food quality—was below par and not what one would expect from this brand. Additionally, having breakfast in a non-air-conditioned restaurant during peak summer was quite uncomfortable and difficult to understand, especially for a hotel of this category.

Hotel staff is much good and supportive. Team Banquet was very supportive and having nice behavior with all the customers. Sanjay, Prajwal and Vijay, yoy guys were support us very nicely for smoothly completion of our event. Thanks to you guys.
