Nice restaurant/pool area. Good bar staff. Breakfast buffet is wide but the " extra" kitchens for dosa, eggs, pancakes, etc. make the difference. Service generally a little slow. Rooms are exceptionally well kept -Puipui kept the place sparkling and well stocked with water etc.

Not the Five-Star Hospitality I Expected. Room and Property Good, but Service Needs Improvement
I recently stayed at this hotel with the expectation of a welcoming and premium experience, considering it is positioned as a five-star property. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the hospitality and service during my visit. From the very beginning, there was no welcome gesture or welcome drink offered, which is usually a basic part of the experience in a luxury hotel. I also had to carry my own luggage to the room without any staff assistance. This felt quite unexpected and uncomfortable, especially after a long journey. These small gestures make a significant difference to guests and are part of what defines true five-star service. While the property itself may have good facilities, the lack of warmth and attentiveness from the staff left me feeling unvalued as a guest. I genuinely hope the hotel management looks into improving the arrival experience and guest assistance, so that future guests receive the hospitality one would expect from a five-star establishment.

Amazing service by the room attendant and reception and housekeeping
The location is amazing and Pulpil our room attendant was extremely amazing our room was spotlessly clean and we had a good three days stay in Grand Hayaat in MG road bangalore. Only the food in the restaurant need to improve as other grand Hayaat have amazing food and breakfast some how I feel the chef is not interested in this property other wise the reception and the stay was awesome. Also who ever is maintaining the pool the pool sides are not maintained and they have become black
