It’s a dream place! The hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by trees and flowers. But what makes it truly special it’s the staff that works there. They’re so caring, kind and always available for a genuine conversation. In my case I had a great experience with Tanaya, Mohit Dwivedi, Bisht, Akash Shetty, Tushar, Anirudh, Nikki, Kabila. All of them made me feel like home, everyday!! They promptly addressed all the issues I faced and were always ready to help with a smile. Would definitely go back there during my next trip to Bangalore!

Another exceptional stay! Mohit, Fatima, Akash, Shiva, and the entire team once again made this trip a truly memorable one. Travelling for business can often be tiring, but staying here always feels like coming home. The warmth of the welcome, the attention to detail, and the genuine care shown by everyone make all the difference. The food, rooms, and service continue to exceed expectations — truly beyond 5-star! It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such a personal touch, but this hotel delivers every single time. Can’t wait to return.

This review is purely for the incredible people I met during my visit, and not for The Leela Palace itself or my overall experience because, honestly, that’s something I’d rather leave unspoken. Mr. Mohit Dwivedi truly stood out in every way. His warmth, patience, and genuine care completely transformed our experience. He not only took time to listen and understand but also went the extra mile to make us feel valued. The special gift with a personalized note he gave us was one of the kindest gestures I’ve ever received something I will always treasure. The hotel tour he arranged was equally wonderful and helped me truly understand the soul, culture, and elegance of The Leela Palace. Mohit’s professionalism combined with his human touch made all the difference. Ms. Fatima, Manaswi and Kanika were equally remarkable, handling every concern with great warmth and efficiency. A special mention also goes to the host at Zen Restaurant though I don’t recall her name, her beautiful smile and impeccable hospitality left a lasting impression. Kudos to these individuals for representing genuine warmth and the finest spirit of hospitality.

The Leela Palace is one of the finest hotels I have stayed in. It's beautiful, the staff are amazing and the facilities are second to none. We stayed there for a few nights, and we enjoyed every second of our experience. We had a room on the Club floor, and the daily breakfasts, high teas and cocktail hour in the Club Room were a particular highlight of the stay. However, on our final night, Tushar, our assigned butler and Karthic his butler team lead, arranged a wonderful presentation for us in the Billiard Room, with a chilled bottle of excellent sparkling wine, a beautiful bunch of flowers and a delicious cake. It was a fabulous surprise, and completely unexpected. We also received a gift of a lucky Buddha, which is currently sitting in our display cabinet at home in pride of place. It was truly a remarkable and unforgettable experience.
