Myself and wife had enjoyed the buffet lunch @Leela citrus with variety of starters, soups etc . The food was fresh and very tasty. We were looked after very well with prompt service by Ms Santhoi, Jagdeesh. manager Parveen and his team . Overall it was a memorable and enjoyable time we spent at Leela Citrus.

Our first trip after nearly six years - apprehensive, worried, anxious were the words that sprung to mind. Our stay at The Leela Palace, Bengaluru, not only assuaged these fears but made the trip memorable - an experience in hospitality that could only have come from a hotel that truly cares for its guests. From the time we reached the airport and were picked up, we were treated like royalty - extremely courteous staff, very helpful and ready to go an extra mile just to ensure that we were comfortable. We had booked into a Terrace Suite, which was a delightful room in itself, but we had far too much luggage with us and hence found it difficult to adjust initially. When I casually mentioned this to the front desk manager, Mr. Raman Sharma, he immediately showed me a bigger suite and got us shifted within a few minutes! The new suite was much larger, and ideal for my son who well, doesn’t like to stay put for long:) My parents were also staying at the hotel and I did notice the staff ensuring that every little need of their’s was met promptly. Not that easy to please 80-year olds, but well, The Leela seems to know the trick! Food Delicious food at the Citrus, the breakfast spread was arguably among the best I’ve had, and a special mention to the dosas and their crispiness, exactly the way I love them. My son has always had home cooked food, and so we were unsure if we would get anything for him, however, the chef was gracious enough to make parathas for him everyday, that tasted just like home:) A special mention to Shubhankar, with whom we had delightful chats during our morning tea. My parents too enjoyed conversing with him, and my mother made a special comment about how refreshing it was to experience people who actually spoke rather than stick to their phones! Rooms Spacious, royal, heritage, well-appointed and luxurious. Made a mental note of the design that I will be inspired be the next time I go in for a home-interiors refresh! Housekeeping Rajni, Amitna and Bimal - the three stars who ensured that they maintained the room exceptionally well and spic and span. I did mention that I liked the smell of the hotel as I entered it, and again, within 10 minutes, they brought me some samples and incense to take home with me. What can I say - a pleasant surprise! Front office Marion and Manisha didn’t get frustrated with the frequent calls we made to them - on the contrary, they always went out of their way to get things sorted for us. Also, Rohan from concierge - Thank you! Overall experience The Leela is truly what it claims to be - a palace. Its guests are treated like royalty, and every wish is fulfilled. Their overall mission seems to be customer delight, and well, I can safely say that they have achieved it in this case. More than it in fact. As I waited downstairs watching my parents get into their ride after a wonderful stay, possibly the best of their lives, all I could say is thank you. No money in the world can buy a heartfelt smile, and when I saw it on their faces, and on the faces of my family, I knew that I am now hooked for life. Thank you everyone at The Leela. Thank you.

An absolutely wonderful hotel, probably my favourite luxury hotel worldwide. The buildings & gardens are magnificent, rooms are elegant, service right at the is top end. From start to finish our stay at the Leela Palace was one of the highlights of our 2 week holiday in India to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary.

Overall very nice experience staying at the Leela Palace. The hotel staff is very helpful and professional. I enjoyed the food especially having gluten free options. Only small complaint was power outages for a few minutes due to construction work. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere.
