The Leela Palace Bengaluru

We had a wonderful stay here - the rooms are gorgeous and the hotel is a haven of peace and quiet! In particular we were very well looked after in the Royal Club where I enjoyed many drinks and snacks during cocktail hour. Rovi, Akash S, Priyanshu and Rahul attended to us with such diligence and thoughtfulness, it was like spending an evening with old friends. I cannot recommend the Royal Club, the staff or the Leela Palace highly enough. Thank you so very much.

We stayed at The Leela for 10 days with a 2-day gap in the middle for visiting The Taj Mahal and Jaipur. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we were out for the 2 days. We give The Leela 5 stars for every type of service during our stay. Specifically, the staff, including the greeters, front desk personnel, bellhops, airport shuttle drivers, and the waiting staff at the four in-house restaurants, were all very courteous and professional. We did not require the services of the concierge. Wherever we turned, there was always someone asking us if we needed anything. The warmth shown by the staff felt genuine. The hotel itself is beautiful and inviting. It is as similar to a palace as a hotel can be. Our breakfast was included with our package, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We ate at all four in-house restaurants and the food was excellent in all of them. Our package also included a 2-way airport transfer in their fleet of comfortable and well-maintained BMWs. There was a full-time Guest Service Agent at the airport who greeted us, took our luggage to the car, and handed us over to the driver. On our flight back, the process was reversed, and the guest service agent checked us through the airport entrance and the final baggage check-in. He bid us goodbye near Security. This was the first time we experienced this level of airport service. We can't think of staying anywhere but The Leela, the next time we are in Bangalore. If you are looking for a hotel to stay in Bangalore, there is no need to look elsewhere! The folks at The Leela will not disappoint!

We spent this weekend at The Leela Palace Bengaluru to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary — and honestly, it was the perfect choice. Every single staff member we met was warm, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. Big thanks to Mrs. Deepali at reception, Mr. Anil at Citrus, and the amazing housekeeping team led by Mr. Milon — all of them were fantastic. I also want to give a special mention to Mr. Akash, Mr. Karthik, and Mrs. Tanaya (who we’ve met before!) — they were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel like The Leela is truly our home away from home. And of course, we can’t forget Mr. Rovi — our go-to person at the hotel. We usually come to The Leela a couple of times a year, and once again, he impressed us with his professionalism and attentiveness. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication in someone so young. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary stay so special and memorable. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Great food and excellent service! Thank you so much to the entire team at Zen, The Leela Palace Bengaluru. We had a wonderful Thursday evening enjoying the delicious food and drinks. We also celebrated my husband birthday, and Dikshant surprised us with a cake — he was so lovely! Chef Naresh food was superb — very tasty and full of flavour. Thank you to the whole Zen team for giving us such an amazing experience. We look forward to coming back soon!
