The Leela Palace Bengaluru

Located convenienty close to train station and restaurants. Expensive but worth the luxury. Only had breakfast at the citrus restaurant. Buffet with plenty of choices for south indian, continental and beverages. Food was excellent. Enjoyed the performances including live south inian music and dance. Check in and check out process was easy.

I amd my family have been staying at this hotel for the last 1 month and I feel my feedback is relevant and valuable to others. First and foremost, I would like to explain the title of this post, 5 stars can be achieved by any hotel however the personal touch, the caring and focus to attention and detail to make a guest feel at home is only possible at the Leela Palace. I have stayed in the best hotels in the world and this standard pf service is not available anywhere. We are staying in the Royal guestrooms with lounge access, it would be an understatement to say Mohit and his team have ptovided us the most amazing care and comfort. You are a superb team right from Nikki who makes the best cocktails to all the rest who are always smiling and happy to indulge us. The restaurants in the hotel all serve delicious food , we tried all citrus, zen, jamever , room service , congratulations for the amazing food. Thanks to the entire team at Reception, Guest relations, Raman , Ritu , Martina and Akshay ,you are all wonderful . Words cannot describe what a beautiful and wonderful time we have spent with you all away from our home, this has been a second home and I will always be grateful for the love you have shown us. This is definitely the best hotel in Bangalore and earn their ratings from the genuine , unconditional and unwavering support , service and love they give each guest . You deserve more than 5 stars!

Had an amazing experience at the Library Bar The ambiance drinks and service were top-notch. Special thanks to Khush and Chiru for being incredibly helpful and making our visit truly memorable. Highly recommended

We’ve stayed at The Leela Palace Bengaluru a few times, but this has been our longest stay, almost three weeks and truly the most incredible experience. From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Mohit, who goes above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and well looked after, he truly made our stay feel personal and very special. What stands out is the atmosphere. You are always greeted with smiling faces throughout the day, and the level of hospitality is remarkable. The property itself is absolutely stunning, it truly feels like living in a palace. The gardens are beautifully maintained, complete with a serene waterfall, and there is a great selection of restaurants to choose from. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making the entire experience feel luxurious and welcoming. We would highly recommend The Leela Palace Bengaluru to anyone visiting Bangalore, it is easily one of the best stays we’ve experienced.

I recently had a pleasure experience of my meeting at the Royal Club Lounge, conference room on 5th floor and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The ambience was top notch, and the service was outstanding. The staff ensured that everything was perfect, making our meeting a huge success.
