Had an excellent stay at MUU. The hotel is very well located and is appointed and maintained to a very high standard. Very good restaurant with great breakfast selection and a super evening menu and meal. But what made the stay for me is that it is relatively small - in hotel terms - so had the ambience of a family hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. I particularly help my , now, friend Wooday who especially went out of his way to assist. I look forward to returning again soon. Thanks to all Teddy

LOCATION : Muu Hotel is a boutique luxury style hotel located in Thong Lor. It’s on top of a small mall that also has a 24 hour Foodland, Japanese and Indian restaurants. I’ll This served very well for us as we bought snacks, drinks and juices. Foodland also has a diner style Restaurant which we tried a few times. Great chicken fried rice Thai style for about 75 bahts. Noodles are great too. There is a hotel transportation to Thong Lor metro. From there we went to Phrong Phrom station for only 17 bahts and visited Emquartier and Emporium malls. We also took a metro to Asoke and walked to Terminal 21 and Robinsons. So location is good. Keep the hotel’s number handy because on your way back, if you call them they send a pick up to the station. The hotel number is 020 909000, if you need it. But Grab are very inexpensive in Bangkok so we never called the hotel. There is an amazing Massage place next to the hotel called Tiger Massage. It’s a little more expensive than the other massage places but the masseurs do a great job. They are open till 11 PM. There is a Paul bakery in the same building. We dropped in twice. If you walk 5 minutes towards Sukhumvit you will find 8 Thong Lor mini shopping outlet where there is a Tops market. If you get tired of Thai food there is a Burger King right on the main road. We bought tasty baked goods from Tops and even some beef pastrami from the butchers. We also ate dinner at two Restaurants there. Linesin and 9Korea. Great Waygu beef and tasty Korean side dishes. The hotel is also a great place to get Grab taxi. You can hop on it from the main road which makes it faster. We also ordered food by Grab. I took the grab to the airport on the last day. 435 bahts. ROOM: We stayed in room 1205, Junior Suite from March 19, 2026 to March 28, 2026. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice living space with a comfy sofa and a dining area with a 6 person dinner table. The microwave and fridge was also greatly appreciated. We used it frequently. The beds are super comfy and the daily clean up from House Keeping was fast and efficient. They have an amazing coffee machine and the capsules are refilled every day. Infact, we regularly asked for extra capsules and it was never a bother for House keeping. The body lotion and toiletries are also high end quality. However, the razors were not up to standard. I ended up cutting myself because the blade was very poor quality. The water pressure in the shower is very good. I had amazing showers everyday. ROOM SERVICE: We ordered room service three times. Each time the dishes were excellent and the prices were very reasonable, not to mention service was fast. Our room was on the 12th floor and it was very spacious. There was washer and dryer which we used several times. SWIMMING POOL The hotel boasts a nice, size compact swimming pool on the 11th floor just outside the break fast area. I swam there 2 times. It was nice to just enjoy the water after a long day. Our room was on the 12th floor and it was very spacious. There was washer and dryer which we used several times. Breakfast was on the 11th floor in the OTTO Italian restaurant. It was À la carte buffet style. You can order omelettes, scrambled eggs, Eggs Benedict, waffles, etc. INTERNET : Internet is very fast. It was never an issue. CUSTOMER SERVICE : All the staff from Housekeeping, reception and restaurant were very nice and friendly. This is something I have experienced many times es over through all my visits to Thailand. I would like to mention Mr. Suriya, who works at the front. He is very friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast were very kind and attentive. They will come by and ask for your choices as it is À la Carte. The reception desk people were also very fast and efficient. Check-in and out were a breeze. RECOMMENDATION: Overall, I recommend the Muu Hotel when you visit Bangkok next time. Great little hotel with upscale service.

Fantastic welcome by all the staff, the hotel is well located with an abundance of eateries and watering holes nearby, not to mention the BTS which is a 10 minute walk away. Our room, a junior sweet was fantastic although it did have signs of wear and tear so needed a little bit of TLC. The breakfast offering was superb, best I've had in a hotel for a long time. The pool and outside area around it was a welcome relief when we got back to the hotel after full days out exploring what the city has to offer.

Near the train station and a vibrant area for you to stay. Balanced and relaxing. Room is quite huge for anyone and the value for money is great

The manager Amm was very pleasant and helpful she was so kind and served our needs , we will always come back because of her. We appreciate the high quality and caring staff as well the rooms are spacious with a living room and balcony if needed good for long stay
