Amazing service, very comfortable room, delicious food! Breakfast every morning, everyone so helpful. Great pillows, tea service in room so convenient. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Huge room with big shower and tub, robes and slippers

Check in was a breeze. Hotel is amazing and the staff’s hospitality is impeccable. Front desk staff Gigi was friendly and helpful. Location is prime with lots of coffee and food options around. Spoilt for choice of massage and spas as well. Will be back for sure.

Stayed 2 nights and the room had everything we needed. Staff were very hospitable. We made use of the roof top pool which was great after sightseeing to cool off. Plenty of good restaurant options (we particularly enjoyed spending some time at The Commons, just down the road from the hotel which has some great dining options) within walking distance of the hotel which is in a great area of Bangkok although tourist sights are a 30 to 40 min taxi ride away ( allow 1 hour in rush hour traffic). The breakfast had buffet and a la carte options, these were ok. Overall the stay was perfect for what we needed.

Great hotel, very clean, attentive and the staff have been a real pleasure. Gigi, Jay, Ya & Nan were so lovely to us I used the gym, great equipment. The pool area although small, was lovely and kept very clean. I even got gifted a banana plushie which absolutely made my day!!

Everyone is so helpful here. They will go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very accommodating. Bathroom had a couple tooth brush and shaving kits handy which was nice. The hotel is also connected to a mini mall that even has a super market. Everything you need is in a close proximity to you. Felt very taken care of here.
