Truly One of the Best Hotels I’ve Stayed At !
The hotel building is very beautiful with authentic Thai designs. The most important factor is the people -- the staffs who make the hotel even more beautiful, all of them are very friendly, kind and sincere, especially Mr.Golf. The hotel knows we have a baby travelling with us, so thoughtful of them, they prepared baby shower gel and baby lotion, and even the baby cot comes with a pillow case and blanket, which are printed with a Christmas design. We appreciate and love hotel like this that pay attention to every details. The hotel breakfast is so great and the free shuttle boat also add convenience for our family to travel to Iconsiam and the BTS station. We will definitely come back again !

Family Vacation
Overall the property is beautiful, easy for shopping, relaxing. Our experience of the dinner cruise had a lot to be desired, that could be a lot better, it felt rushed, the food order was incorrect, served beef even though we had been told twice it would be changed and wasnt a problem. Staff and cleaning was top notch aside from the cruise experience, great hotel

Amazing Resort
We arrived at the resort after a 30 hour trip and the receptionist immediately offered a room for us to relax; we were not pressured into any extra amenities. The resort is beautiful! The grounds are lovely and the layout is expansive so you can take some time to stroll the grounds and really admire the beauty surrounding you. The dining experiences were phenomenal; they offered a variety of food to satisfy any palate. One great perk is the river taxi which will take you to the first port, where you can get to other locations along Bangkok. I cannot recommend this resort enough, everyone was helpful and friendly.
