Very Nice location , very friendly employees, too many noisy functions disturbing to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The Hotel must decide to either be a 5 Star Resort or a Film Set for Russian Soap Films and big local functions with lots of noise all over the Hotel . You can not have both . Furthermore the rooms need to have an upgrade . The people working in the Hotel are ALL very nice , friendly and helpful there is no complain at all , but if you look for a relaxing 5 Star Holiday you better check out the ongoing functions at the Hotel first before you book !

Excellent General Manager Mr. Michael, and excellent staff like Ms Superporn, Miu, Sky, Film, Gugoof, Bee, Dada, Milktea, Mint, Bobby, Dicky, Valen, Bella, Noi etc, lovely environment and swimming and excellent breakfast, warm welcome and fast check-out. excellent Chrom cast function on TV.

Thai hospitality
On this occasion, I was assigned a room in the same zone as my previous stay. The service from check-in was impressive, characterized by a warm Thai hospitality. I also experienced excellent service during dinner at the Long Tail restaurant. However, there was an issue at Mocha and Muffins where one of the items received did not match my order. I only discovered this upon opening the box the following day and have already informed the staff during check-out for their awareness."

Dada from the fitness center is great!
Just love the fitness center and wellness , tecnogym facilities are excellent! Last but not least, Dada is a very professional and friendly coach who teaches us many skills and having fun during workout.
