Reviews for Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel

An oasis in the centre of Bangkok

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

This hotel is truly an oasis in the centre of busy and noisy Capital Bangkok. Once you step inside, it will give you a very peaceful and calming feeling that is hard to find anywhere else in BKK. Since I was looking for a restaurant, the concierge Mr. Buoy was so dedicated and went extra miles just to give me the assistance. Really appreciated and he is truly the gem of Anantara Siam. Hard to find a person like this across the hotels that I have stayed in many countries. Last but not least, it will be great if the PressReader app of your hotel can add the New York Times like Kempinski hotel. I believe NYT is a very popular paper not only to me but also other foreign guests.

Excellent Breakfast and Outstanding Service from Khun Pipker

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I often come here to enjoy breakfast, and it’s always a great experience. The breakfast selection is excellent with a wide variety of choices. The service is also outstanding, especially from Khun Pipker. I remember seeing him when he was a waiter, and now he seems to have been promoted to Supervisor—I noticed his uniform has changed. I can honestly say he is a star of the hotel. His wonderful service impressed us so much that we wanted to write this review to compliment him. Keep up the great work, Khun Pipker! We will definitely come back again. Thank you.

Sanctuary in Rachadamri

Specious suite was clean and well-appointed. There are many great dining options. Madison restaurant is one of the best steakhouses in Bangkok.

The hotel felt more like a smelly and noisy construction zone than luxury hotel, making our stay uncomfortable.

disappointment regarding my recent stay. My wife and I have been loyal patrons of this hotel for over 8 years, staying 5 times in 2024 and 4 times in 2025. We even traveled from Sydney, Australia, because of our love for this brand. However, our recent experience has left us questioning that loyalty. First, the ongoing renovation has been handled poorly. Although I was informed the work would conclude by late February, the excessive noise and dust significantly disrupted our stay. More alarmingly, there was a serious safety lapse: my wife nearly collided with an electrical maintenance team while exiting the elevator at night. There were no warning signs or safety barriers in place. This was a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a severe injury. Furthermore, it is disheartening to see that despite the inconvenience caused by the construction, the Titanium member benefits have actually been reduced. Compared to other loyalty programs like ALL (Accor Live Limitless) or Marriott Bonvoy, the perks here no longer feel rewarding. As long-time supporters who cherished this hotel, we are extremely saddened to say that we no longer feel welcomed or valued. At this point, we have no desire to return.
