Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which gave a great first impression. Throughout our stay, the service remained consistently top-notch. From the front desk team to housekeeping and the staff at the restaurant, everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Although the hotel was undergoing minor renovation during our stay, it did not really affect our experience or comfort at all. The room was clean and well-kept, and any requests we had were handled promptly. It's clear that the staff take pride in their work — their warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-managed and service-focused hotel!

We had our wedding here. The facilities were incredible and everything was set up so well and so quickly. The best part of this whole experience was our wedding planner Golf. She was incredibly helpful, kind and competent. She addressed any of our issues and was like a super hero in how she solved problems. I cannot recommend her enough.

We have chosen this hotel several times because we have always had a great time. The staff do a fantastic job, constantly working to ensure that every guest's every wish is fulfilled, and they are also extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and sophisticated, very well located, easily accessible and with lots of things nearby. I can also recommend the restaurants. We had a delicious meal every time. It is always a pleasure to return to this hotel. I can only recommend it. For me, if it's Bangkok, it's Anantara Siam.

We decided to go with the Anantara Siam Hotel for our wedding reception for it's location, atmosphere, and engaging staff. It felt luxurious, while maintaining the Thai charm that felt inviting at the same time. We were recommended by friends and have no regrets as the staff were very hospitable, flexible and attentive to our needs despite many changes that came up with planning from overseas. A special shout out to K'Golf who supported us throughout the planning process and was very responsive throughout. We stayed there for two nights, along with several family and friends as well who all enjoyed their stay especially the breakfast buffet and food prepared. From the beautiful flowers and set up, to in-room surprises and warm welcome, we had a beautiful celebration to last down memory lane. Location is easily walkable to several major malls like Central World, Central Embassy, Chid Lom and Siam Paragon. Although the pool was closed and the hotel was undergoing several renovations this summer, they also provided the use of the pool in the hotel next door and ensured no renovation would take place during our celebration.

Had a great lunch here! The food was delicious with high quality ingredients. Recommend cheese foccacia and cold cuts from antipasti line. Staffs were also be mentioned, great manner attentive and helpful. All that gave a very good experience.
