Great and comfortable stay!
With Marriott/BonVoy points and membership- there are a lot of perks in this Hotel/ Ambassadors club- but regardless, room was great- with lots of amenities, kind and helpful staff and concierge, pool, gym and location close to BTS sky train. By far the best Bonvoy property I have stayed at!!

Superb choice in BKK
Excellent. I am on long stay here for many months and its great. Well led by K Irada and K Sopida who are very proactive and understand customer loyalty. One of the best aspects is the Club Lounge led by K Damisa. She manages a great team that cant do enough for you. She is a great asset to the hotel with her kindness and ability to anticipate the needs of guests.Evening food selection is extensive and breakfast good. Everywhere feels fresh and clean. Highly revommended.

One of the best buffets we’ve been to
Everything was perfect when we came. The food was great and the staffs were very nice and accommodating. Panida and Meen were very nice. Must visit when in Bangkok! They even gave me a birthday cake to bring back to the hotel! Just great!
