Is's So Lovely!
It's so lovely. Congratulations to Khun Day, who is nominated by me, as best Club Lounge Manager 2025. Who else would you consider for this recognition? The lounge is so well laid out, welcoming and comfortable. Must also honour Khun Sunny and the rest of the team, who were very patient and helpful. Location is great, with walking distance to many malls and restaurants. I am Bonvoy Ambassador member, and I reccomend this hotel.

Na was a great therapist!
Na was my therapist, she was very kind and considerate making sure she apply the right pressure. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Na made sure Im always comfortable. All my stress and camping nights were massage out of my body! This is probably my 4th or 5th time now in the Athenee spa.

Exceptional Service with Kindness
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The lobby staff, Gap, Tar, Bink, and Dream, were fantastic! They were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed, even assisting me in communicating with a difficult taxi driver, which I truly appreciated. Supranee from housekeeping did an amazing job keeping my room spotless and cozy throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness made me feel very well cared for. At the restaurant, Sotida made every breakfast a happy start to the day. Her warm personality, caring service, and bright smile made the delicious food even more enjoyable. The pool team was also wonderful, always kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything by the pool was comfortable and relaxing. They even remembered my preferred drinking water, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s the people who make a place truly special, and this wonderful team did exactly that. I’m already looking forward to returning!
