Our lunch at Raintree was exceptional. The service was consistently excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel truly valued as guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Excellent brunch!
We went for brunch on Mother’s Day, Aug 12th. Food was amazing. So many selections, tbh I couldn’t choose what to eat cause there are so many!! The service was brilliant! Khun Natnicha was super nice and attentive! Thank you for making my first Mother’s Day so memorable!

Repeated visit ….
…. meeting the expected standards. Very friendly and conpetent personnel, installations kept clean and tidy at all times. This time we did not use the restaurants on site. Usually reliably strong. Few things we noted and this time we do not (yet) reflectbin a lower razing : brwakfast variety of food offerings diminishing, eg juice bar limited to few fruits/vegetables, but also overall offerings less than used to be; the installations and rooms are approaching a renovation though kept in good shape, the fitness facilities are okish, eg the towels provided are clearly below standard for such a location.

10/10 service - Sopida is the best!
Within the first 30 minutes at the hotel and already had such an amazing experience. The service here is 10/10. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the staff. Checked in with Sopida and she was the most patient and understanding person! She provided top tier service that you would expect from any luxury establishment. So excited for the rest of our trip.
