Excellent stay
Excellent location, wonderful staff, tasty food and service is top notch. The staff from the entrance, in room rining reception and house keeping (especially Pinit, Passanee) were wonderful. Keep it up, everyone!

Wonderful hotel
Top-notch hotel with one of the most amazing breakfast buffets I’ve ever tried. Jirawat was extremely kind and professional and provided incredible assistance to us.

Oh, the food
Overwhelming hospitality, super friendly staff. Food is beyond - a huge variety at the three-room buffet, and I appreciate the many vegan options. Don’t know all the names of the excellent servers, but among them were Panida, Keaw, and Poo, where were always helpful and often quite interesting to talk with. Boopki (Pupki?) who maintained the room did an excellent job and was very sweet. The front desk are heroes of customer service. The staff running the lounges and elevators are always alert and friendly. Wish I knew all the names but great job.

This was our third stay here, and once again, we absolutely loved the ambience. The staff are consistently amazing and truly make each visit special. Although children are not allowed in the lounge, we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us a comfortable seating area at the bar near the lobby so we could still enjoy the lounge benefits with our kids. That level of care and flexibility means a lot to us. This hotel has become our top choice whenever we visit Bangkok, and we always look forward to coming back.
