Her warm and gracious assistance the moment I walked into the lobby—despite not being a staying guest—truly exemplified world-class hospitality. Her kindness and attentiveness left a lasting impression and reflect the exceptional standards of The Athenee.

The service at the Athenee Hotel is truly exceptional, thanks to amazing staff like Marisa and Somchai. Marisa greeted me each morning at breakfast with such warmth—she remembered my name, room number, and even my preferences. It made every morning feel so personal and special. Somchai, stationed at the lobby entrance, brings such energetic and welcoming energy. No matter how hot or humid it is outside, he’s always smiling in the hotel’s signature uniform. His genuine hospitality makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive. Both Marisa and Somchai elevated my stay into a truly luxurious and memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back again!

I had a wonderful 11-night stay at the Athenee in April. The hotel is conveniently located, yet away from the noise and crowds of Sukhumvit. I particularly enjoyed breakfast in the Rain Tree Cafe and having morning chats with Saifah (Jay) and Chita (or maybe Sita?). They genuinely made me feel welcomed and shared their local insights with me. I've stayed at some nice hotels, but the Athenee was quite exceptional in everyway. I look forward to returning at the earliest opportunity.

Great stay and experiences from breakfast services also staff at lobby. Ms. Marisa and the rest of services team were very attentve in details make us enjoyed with food nd services. We attend meeting on 2 nd floor also stay in this hotel. Room is good not big not small. Mr. Ood help us for valet parking so good to be here

We had the pleasure of staying at The Athenee Hotel this past April, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. We booked the Athenee Suite, a beautifully appointed space where timeless Thai elegance meets sophisticated modern comfort. The décor draws on Thai transitional elements with rich textures, refined accents, and a warm palette that creates an inviting yet elevated atmosphere. Though the suite does not feature full length windows, the layout is masterfully designed to feel bright, open, and luxuriously serene. One of the true highlights of our stay was the Club Lounge. The Evening Cocktails session was genuinely impressive both in taste and presentation. The steamed seabass in soy sauce was so delicious we found ourselves going back for seconds (and thirds). The salad bar also stood out with a dressing that was bold, vibrant, and full of flavo surprisingly rare for hotel buffets where dressings are often underwhelming. This one, however, was absolutely "The Best." Service at the Club Lounge was impeccable. A particular gentleman staff member looked after us with such warmth and attentiveness that it felt truly personal. During breakfast, we were delighted to find sparkling wine and fresh coconut water on offer. Although the coconut water ran out that morning, the same gentleman went above and beyond by freshly squeezing orange juice for us instead. That kind of gesture might seem simple, but freshly squeezed orange juice is notoriously difficult to execute well, as it depends on fruit selection, timing, and technique. If not done right, the juice can easily turn bitter or overly tart but here, it was fragrant, smooth, and beautifully balanced. We also had breakfast at The Rain Tree Café, which offered an impressive variety of high-quality options. The fresh juice selection was remarkable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find ice cream available at breakfast an indulgent and rare touch. Special thanks to Khun Korn and Khun Kea, who went out of their way to find us a great table and provided flawless, attentive service throughout. Before checkout, we had a lovely conversation with Khun Day, the Club Lounge Manager, who sincerely inquired about our experience. We were also pleasantly surprised to be recognized by Khun Tar from Capella, who kindly came over to greet us an unexpected moment that made us feel warmly remembered and welcomed. All in all, our stay at The Athenee was beyond expectations. Every detail from the room and dining to the heartfelt service came together to create a stay that was both elegant and deeply memorable. We are already looking forward to returning.
