Banyan Tree Bangkok

I checked in on August 13th and was impressed from the very beginning. The master bedroom was spacious, brand new, and tastefully decorated in a modern style. My son especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The gym offered a good selection of standard equipment, making it easy to stay active during our stay. Vertigo provided a wonderful ambiance at night, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, offering a decent variety of dishes. Most importantly, the service from every staff member was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, this was a delightful stay, and I will definitely return on my next visit.

So impressive! I last stayed at the Banyan Tree around 20 years ago. It was at the height of its popularity and well known for the rooftop Moon Bar. Returning now, my expectations were lower assuming the property may have aged. But I was so wrong. It’s immaculate, refreshed, and exceptionally well maintained. In fact, it’s better than ever. The star as always are the staff. We stayed on the club floor and enjoyed the breakfast and generous offerings in the club lounge at cocktail hour. Special mention to the incredible team in the Banyan Tree Spa. We had the most therapeutic and rejuvenating massage by Bun and Nicha. Our host, Palmi, took great care of us too. I’d highly recommend a visit to the Spa here.

We have enjoyed 3 wonderful nights at the Banyan Tree Hotel. The hotel is extremely well appointed with large rooms, comfortable beds, great views, and all the touches you expect from a luxury 5-star hotel. The gym and pool are both excellent and the pool has the most comfortable beds to recline on. In addition to the exceptional breakfasts, a highlight of our stay was the massage in the spa. We were warmly greeted by Palmi and our therapists Bun and Nicha delivered massages that left us on cloud 9! Perfect way to conclude a day! We took advantage of the Club lounge during our stay which I highly recommend. Looking forward to revisting in the future.

This hotel is beyond fantastic. ALL staff are very intentive, helpful and extremely customer service centric. Exceptional service. The food is next level, the breakfast selection is amazing. The roof top bar is outstanding, amazing!

It was a great pleasure to be part of this unforgettable cruise journey with Win. He was so kind and considerate throughout the trip, going above and beyond to make us feel special. One of the highlights was how thoughtfully he celebrated Mother’s Day for my mom, surprising her with delicious Thai desserts and capturing beautiful pictures for us. We will always cherish the moments we shared here and would be happy to recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a meaningful and heartwarming experience.
