Banyan Tree Bangkok

Superb experience. Went for my birthday. Golf was our server. They were so accommodating about our food preferences. Food was amazing, drinks were great. What a luxurious feel. Its a must do! I felt so pampered!

Amazing welcome from the Hotel staff. The staff were lovely in giving us a mini cake for our Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel smells amazing, the rooms are spacious and cleaned exceptionally well and the facilities are great. Especially enjoyed the Intro to Muay Thai taken by Suksan who was a great Instructor passing on his knowledge in a fun way whilst getting an unbelievable cardio workout. Hope the classes continue because it's unique to this hotel.

We recently stayed for 2 nights in the One-Bedroom Serenity Suite. The suite was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay overall, though nothing particularly special stood out. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was a highlight, great variety of food in a peaceful setting, available exclusively to Club Floor guests. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. We also experienced the Apsara Dinner Cruise, which was truly luxurious. The food was excellent, the boat beautifully designed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They explained each dish in detail and shared stories about the landmarks we passed along the river, making the evening even more memorable. Lastly, the spa experience was top-notch, truly 5-star in every way. We would definitely return if we’re in Bangkok again.

First time in Bangkok and we chose well. Banyan Tree Resort was certainly five star, from their opulent rooms, stunning interior and array of restaurants and rooftop bar but what made this hotel extra special was its staff. We were lucky enough to have access to the club lounge and from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed complimentary afternoon teas and canapés and drinks along with complimentary cocktails on the rooftop bar overlooking the city. A special shout out must go to Wendy who was always on hand to greet us with a smile and chat, assist us with our planning and just go that extra mile. Also but sorry I don’t have her name but she’ll know who I refer to when I call her my “wee bairn”. She chatted with us in the club lounge each day, explaining the Thai language and we taught her our Scottish words so when I say she had “a warm heart” she’ll know what I mean. It was a wonderful stay, thank you for looking after us ! Kop Kum ka !

We dined at Vertigo for our 30th Anniversary and everything about this restaurant is incredible. The service is sublime. Our waiter Saw was the most attentive, professional and friendly we’ve ever had. And we’ve been to hundreds of restaurants. He took special photos, gave us flowers and made our night extraordinary. The cocktails are delicious, the food is to die for, and the 360 degree views of Bangkok are out of this world. This is truly one of Bangkoks gems xx
