Quality hotel excels
Excellent hotel where the staff were exemplary in ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. Flight delays and a need for late checkout were thoughtfully addressed and excellent assistance from Mr Fame at concierge with helpful commute advice.

Triple awesome!
This is the second visit in Banyan Tree Bangkok and it was more satisfactory than before. We stayed in one-bed room suite, which was very spacious and comfortable though a little bit old. Food was excellent. We really enjoyed the whole club lounge service and thanks to them gained a lot of weight. Most of all we were totally impressed with their wonderful hospitality. Especially Pure, who is a Korean-speaking staff, made our stay perfect. We will never forget his kindness and flawless service. Hope to be back here soon.

Amazing 5 star hotel in Bangkok!
We booked 3 nights at the Serenity Club Room and the views were fantastic, the beds were comfy, rooms are spacious and smelled great from their essential oils and daily incense. Booking the Serenity Room grants you Complimentary Club access which includes free access to complimentary beers and soft drinks , appetizers during tea time and evenings. Definitely don’t hesitate to book the Serenity Room! Staff were welcoming . Skylar was super accommodating and welcomed us from the beginning to end . Their pool, fitness room and club room were all spacious . The breakfast buffets were delicious. Location is perfect and safe. Rooftop views are incredible! Everything was perfect here . We will definitely come back .

Superb staff, amazing hotel.

Wonderful stay and great facilities
We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was perfect, we were upgraded upon check in too which made the stay even more special. Facilities and breakfast were fantastic. Great views from the pool and also the rooftop bar. Worth making a reservation for the bar as it was busy when we went. Good selection of food options at breakfast, we particularly liked the egg station where you can order whatever you like and the staff will bring to your table. We found the location convenient for our site seeing and used Grab to get around the city. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
