I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but after spending three weeks here, I felt genuinely compelled to say thank you. This wasn’t a typical holiday – I was relocating, recovering from a back injury, and in the middle of house hunting in a new city. A lot was going on. But from the moment I checked in, the team made me feel completely supported, not just as a guest, but as a human being navigating a big life shift. A heartfelt thank you goes to the lounge reception team and lounge waiting team, who were simply outstanding. I spent quite a bit of time in the lounge working and recovering, and the level of care, attention, and kindness they showed me each day made all the difference. Whether it was remembering small preferences, checking in with a smile, or just letting me have a peaceful moment without interruption, they made the space feel like a calm retreat. The professionalism was next level, but it was the warmth and authenticity behind it that really stood out. Of course, the appreciation extends far beyond just the lounge. From concierge to bell staff, housekeeping, reception, and everyone else behind the scenes – thank you. I wish I could name everyone individually, but there simply isn’t enough space. Please know that your efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Whether it was helping with logistics, making sure I was comfortable, or offering a kind word on the days I needed it most, every gesture added up to something truly memorable. What impressed me most was the consistency. It wasn’t just one or two standout moments. The care and generosity were felt throughout the entire stay, across every interaction, no matter how big or small. And that’s rare. This stay was a transition point in my life – a chance to reset, recharge, and find my feet in a new chapter. And this team helped me do that with grace and care. It’s not something I’ll forget. We had a very pleasant four nights stay at the beautiful Banyan Tree. Absolutely amazing staff and service at the club lounge is top notch. We go around with Grab and taxi which was very reasonable cost. Vertigo rooftop bar is amazing. Highly recommend

The Chinese food here is really tasty, and the view is super beautiful. I’ll definitely be back! I was warmly taken care of by Khun Job at Bai Yun restaurant during my wedding anniversary celebration. He was friendly and attentive, and his food recommendations were spot-on.

All menus at Bai Yun restaurant is very delicious. Waiter (Mr. Job) is very kind, take care and outstanding service. Very impressed.

Hotel is fantastic, staff are very friendly and obliging! Very clean and well presented hotel! Car service excellent and the Roof top bar (and cocktails) are spectacular!!
