Excellent service
Excellent service with a smile. The vertigo restaurant was amazing. A special mention to Mr Fame at the lobby who helped us daily with transport and advice. The birthday celebrations were unexpected and a nice touch .

Truly the Banyan Tree experience in BKK
A nice getaway. Great service and atmosphere. What you would expect from Banyan Tree establishments. Very good location too, near to malls and the park. Very high quality in-house massage too. Saves you the trouble for searching for 1. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I joined the complimentary Muay Thai class offered to guests and had such a great time! Thanks to Suksan, it was a fun activity for a whole hour. He was fun, kind, and tailored the lesson to each person, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If I come back again, I’ll definitely join the class once more. It was such a joyful time. Thank you, Suksan!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
