Vertigo is a must go when in BKK
Came to the Vertigo Restaurant for a celebration. Staff went above and beyond with the service. Bee made sure we were well taken of. The food portions were generous and taste very good.

Wonderful crew at bar and restaurant
I had a wonderful experience at the rooftop bar of Banyan Tree Bangkok. Special thanks to Khun Nooknik, who provided excellent service and very thoughtful recommendations. She informed us about the weather conditions, the risk of rain in the outdoor area, and also suggested the best spots with beautiful views inside, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the drinks were great. The staff were professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about both the menu and beverages, which added a lot of value to the dining experience.

My Favorite Spa Experience
The Banyan Tree Spa made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I walked in. The staff were so kind and attentive, and the massage was just amazing. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and already wanting to come back again.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
