Great day out, luxury experience with great value for money.
One of the greatest hotel and spa experiences I've ever had! I will definitely be coming back! The staff are so helpful and have incredible attention to detail. The food was unbelievable! High quality and large variety of ingredients prepared by world class chefs, cocktails to die for, comfy beds, very clean and modern feel. Super helpful concierge with high quality day tours on offer. Special shout out to Amy, she was very kind and welcoming on our arrival and throughout our stay. To top off my trip, I enjoyed the 150 minute spa treatment. Was world class in every way. Feeling very clean and refreshed. Upon my return I will begin planning my next trip to return to the Banyan tree for a longer stay. Cannot find a single fault about this place.

Amazing hotel in Bangkok
This hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so attentive and helpful. The pool was amazing, if a little chilly, but perfect after running around the city! The room was big and spacious and the bathroom was nice, my only gripe was a lack of plug sockets by the bed. Easy to walk to the BTS/Metro to get around the city and the hotels tuktuk can take you to the BTS too. Would recommend this to anyone!

5stars cruise dinner and great service experience
Good vibes, Romantic dinner and trip. Great service, staff very helper and extreme friendly (my table get Khun Lek look after and he is great) food was great , good presentation and tasty. Boat is beautiful and guests not packed .

Fantastic!
Fantastic and beautiful hotel. Great service, staff and wonderful amenities. Everyone was very helpful and eager to serve. We took a private Muay Thai class with Suksan and he was a great teacher and so much fun. Wawa and Fong at the front desk had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. The food on site was wonderful, especially breakfast. I would live here if I could!

had the best honeymoon experience ever with my husband! We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and from the very first moment we arrived, we were greeted by Mr. Fame, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He made us feel so comfortable and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. I’ve never experienced such exceptional service from a concierge before.Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Banyan Tree, you have an amazing team member in Mr. Fame!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
