Comfortable & Happy Stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok
Warm, professional staff right from the doorman to F.O., housekeeping and restaurant. Room service was excellent and the veg Thai curry delicious. Buffet Breakfast was extensive and staff excellent, especially the hostesses. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and we felt pampered with the nightly gifts left at the bedside!

Excellent food and service
The food is exquisite; if you’re staying at the Banyon Tree hotel, I’d strongly recommend! The views were the only thing that trumped the food. Korn and Mew gave excellent service, kind, polite and friendly, which is proving the standard across the hotel!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
