Wonderful property with terrific service and beautiful views or the river. The Living Room experience is wonderful. This brings many guests together and allowed us to meet other guests from Around the world. Som in particular was wonderful and helpful

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay, as the service quality truly meets the expectations of a luxury hotel. The staff were attentive and thoughtful throughout, with standout experiences at the Living Room, particularly Ms. Som (LVR), and at the pool, especially Mr. Oat (Thon Pool)—both offering exceptional care and personalized service. The room is well designed, though the choice of materials falls slightly short of an ultra-luxury standard. Some features, such as the water controls, could be more user-friendly. The pillows were slightly too soft to provide proper neck support, and while breakfast offers a decent variety, the taste could be more distinctive. At Côte, the food is sophisticated and well presented, delivering excellent overall quality. The curated set menu adds a pleasant element of surprise, although it would be better if the pricing were communicated in advance. The service is attentive, though the pacing between courses can feel a bit slow. Despite a few minor areas for improvement, the overall experience is highly positive, and I am very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is gorgeous. The atmosphere was so quiet / subdued. This can be bad but also good depending on individual taste. Staff are all very young and maybe not fully au fait with local attractions/ services. I think maybe a more senior/ experienced staff member might prove helpful. Rooms are gorgeous - amenities are great also. One little quip - only one gift given over 3 nights. Breakfast is excellent. The shop is lovely - well priced gifts. Spa is stunning. Great treatments. A hair salon would be a nice addition. Happy hour is great. The bar has to be booked and while we were there had a lot of young girls on their phones doing tik toks / social media which took away from the atmosphere. Could be marketed better.

Big thanks to Khun May for the amazing service! She was so lovely. The restaurant has such a friendly, welcoming vibe—the music was fun and the drinks were delicious. But what really stood out was the top-notch service; it felt like being among friends. I'll definitely be back

We just completed our second stay at Capella Bangkok within one year, and it was absolutely outstanding again. The service is first-class, the staff are incredibly warm and attentive, and the overall experience is pure luxury. We especially loved the Cin Cin Hour and the Thai restaurant, which is truly excellent. Everything felt perfect, and we already can’t wait to come back. The only tiny downside this time was that checkout felt a bit rushed compared to our first visit. But that’s really the only small thing – everything else was top-tier. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be returning!
