We had a truly wonderful stay at Capella Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, attentive, and thoughtful service from the entire team. A special thank you to Faim, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel so well taken care of. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Thai milk tea and champagne, both of which were delicious. The afternoon tea cakes were absolutely delightful as well — beautifully presented and, most importantly, delicious. We would also like to thank the two lifeguards on duty at the swimming pool. They were incredibly attentive

Simply the best — my absolute favourite. What can I say? Everything was close to perfection: the service, the food, the restaurants, the breakfast, the warm welcome and the exceptional butler service. All a perfect ten. I travel on an almost industrial scale, so I fully understand why this was named the best hotel in the world. This will forever be my home away from home in Bangkok—as long as they maintain this extraordinary standard, and I have no doubt they will. If you love Thai food, make sure you enjoy it here. It is truly outstanding. And for anyone who appreciates understated style, the architecture and the rooms are simply brilliant. One final tip: choose a room on one of the upper floors for the magnificent views over the river.

Outstanding service, beautiful property, a true oasis on the river. Cote was an extraordinary meal and the views and room were gorgeous.
