Such a warm and elegant way to welcome guests! ✨ A special shoutout to Som, who was one of our attendants. 🥰 From the moment we arrived, Som was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Som took such great care of us throughout our stay and made us feel truly welcomed and valued. Every little detail, from the service to the ambiance, felt intentional and luxurious. It’s not just a beautiful hotel the hospitality and personalized service are what truly set Capella apart. We were absolutely mesmerized by the entire experience and so happy we got to experience Capella Bangkok firsthand. 💕✨ Definitely one of those stays that will be remembered for a long time. Our stay at Capella was fantastic, largely because of the welcoming, friendly, helpful staff and, in particular, Som. She went above and beyond to make sure our time at Capella was extra special and we felt more than taken care of. She was very attentive and the sweetest person, it made checking out time that much harder! We’ll be sure to time our vacation right to make sure she’s here next time we’re back. :)

I had a wonderful dining experience at Phra Nakhon, Capella Bangkok. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful — elegant, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery with a lovely view of the Chao Phraya River. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable meal. I would also like to give special thanks to Oil and Bell for their exceptional service. They were warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire experience. Their attention to detail and wonderful hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. Everything, from the beautiful surroundings to the excellent service, made this a truly memorable experience. Thank you, Oil and Bell, for making our visit so special. I would definitely love to come back again!

Absolutely amazing hotel experience! We stayed here to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel team surprised us with one thoughtful surprise after another throughout our stay. 🎉 All the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and proactive in offering their assistance, which made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s two-Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was such a wonderful experience. We loved our stay so much that we’ve already booked another visit for next week! We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
