Capella Bangkok

Capella has a nice location on the river. Rooms are very large and immaculate. Some nice dining options outside on the river, as well as the Four Seasons next door. While there isn't much shopping or sites within walking distance, they offer a ferry boat to the Ikon Mall. With the river location, it makes for a very peaceful and serene stay away from the busy parts of Bangkok. What makes the hotel very special though is the staff. Monpriya the House Manager was so helpful through out our stay. As was the staff everywhere. Will definitely stay here again for our next stay in Bangkok.

This is my 6th visit. I always look forward to staying at Capella Bangkok. If you love the place with calm and relax in central Bangkok, this is the answer. The hotel provides a range of facilities and activities for the guests to enjoy full day long. Inside the room, you will find a large and very comfortable bed with extensive amenities in the bathroom. Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are very nice touch. The staff are also the key success. They illustrate the soft skill which make every element running smoothly. Congratulations to Capella and the team. You deserve the second best hotel in the World 2026!!!

Stayed here for the second time and again excellent service. The Service is very personalised. Granted late check out which was really nice. Our room was on the top floor and had an awesome view of the River. We also had Dinner and spend some time in the Bar. Again all excellent.

Stayed over 30 times. The staff are always lovely, providing excellent care and paying close attention to the needs of mine and family member. This visit is to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and dined at Côte; the staff remembered my preferences, and providing great food. I was very impressed and will certainly return.
