Our stay at Capella was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. What stood out the most was the outstanding service. The team at The Living Room, in particular, was incredible and is the main reason why we would love to return. The moment we sat down, they warmly offered their assistance and asked if we would like anything to drink. No matter what we needed, they were always ready to help with genuine care and kindness. This exceptional level of hospitality extended throughout the entire hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was attentive, professional, proactive, and sincerely friendly. As a family traveling with children, we especially appreciated how welcoming everyone was to our kids. The staff interacted with them warmly and thoughtfully, making them feel comfortable, included, and happy throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Everything felt modern and luxurious, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every meal we had was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, providing more than enough options to keep both adults and children entertained throughout the day without ever needing to leave the property. Capella is one of those rare hotels where every detail feels flawless. Without a doubt, this was the best service we have ever experienced and the finest hotel stay of our lives. We cannot wait to return!!

Our stay was wonderful, and we truly had a great time. We would especially like to thank the Line administrators for arranging the thoughtful birthday surprises, including wrapping our gifts, helping with our luggage arrangements, coordinating food deliveries, and organizing birthday cakes for us. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a small birthday cake from the hotel upon arrival, but what impressed us even more was when a staff member brought us another fruit birthday cake during breakfast. It felt incredibly personal and thoughtful. The entire experience was very well coordinated, and the Line administrators were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff paid attention to even the smallest details, remembered our preferences, and continuously found ways to make us feel special. The butler service was excellent, and overall, it was a truly memorable stay. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a more modern hairdryer. The current one is quite heavy and takes a long time to dry hair, which may be inconvenient for female guests. Additionally, the room phone rings quite loudly, which startled us a few times. It would be great if the ring volume could be adjusted or lowered. We would also like to commend the reception team. They were exceptionally helpful, from calling us regarding our check-out time to kindly extending our late check-out request. We were very impressed by their hospitality. The staff consistently escorted us whenever we needed assistance and made us feel genuinely well cared for. As for breakfast, it was enjoyable overall. However, as Thai guests, we felt that some dishes, such as the fried rice, could have had a more authentic Thai flavor. It would also be wonderful to include a wider variety of traditional Thai dishes so that international guests can experience and enjoy authentic Thai cuisine during their stay. Thank you again for making our visit so special. We left with many wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future.
