What an incredible hotel. From the staff and service to the amenities and meticulous attention to detail, we truly couldn’t speak more highly of Capella Bangkok. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtfully curated and effortlessly luxurious. A special mention to Golf, Thon, and Oat at the pool, who couldn’t have been more friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their genuine warmth and care made our experience all the more memorable.

The hotel staff are so friendly and thoughtful. Especially Mod from Service Centre. She tried to solve every problem that I came up with. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Definitely will come back to Capella Bangkok in the future.

Capella Bangkok is undeniably beautiful — the setting along the Chao Phraya is stunning and the interiors are genuinely impressive. We had heard so much about the intuitive, want-for-nothing service, and unfortunately that simply wasn't our experience. Our room looked directly down into the verandah rooms below, making for a serious lack of privacy that felt surprising for a hotel of this calibre. The concierge was unable to secure restaurant reservations that I then called and booked myself within minutes, and the late night ordering service was equally disappointing. Food left outside the room simply wasn't collected, and too often any request was met with a nudge towards the iPad to do it yourself — a poor substitute for genuine hospitality at this price point. Beyond the service, the little touches you'd hope for at this level were largely absent, and some facilities simply weren't working during our stay. Perhaps it was a busy period or simply an off day — but at Capella's rates, that really shouldn't be an excuse. Bangkok has no shortage of exceptional luxury hotels, and when you weigh up what you're getting here against what else is available in the city, the rates are difficult to justify. A gorgeous property that still has some way to go to live up to its titles and price point.

As one enters the property, the space rendered the feeling of elegant & welcoming. Gracious and attentive staff. My room was well appointed with nice sitting and office desk area with a very comfortable bedding. Beautiful river view and spacious balcony area.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very good comfortable bed, high quality linen, and complete facilities that made it easy to fully relax. The bathroom was spacious, and the river view from the room was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant was also impressive. Kang Phed Ped Yang was especially delicious, and overall the Thai menu was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices to enjoy. A special mention to Khun Big and Khun Vi for their excellent beverage service, they were attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay with both comfort and fantastic dining. Highly recommended!
