Outstanding service and amazing food! Sarat is very nice and helps us with the baggages and welcoming us.

We enjoyed our dinner here.! The food was good-fresh and delicious. Services were great , especially K. Sompak, K. Phanwasa and K. Srisuda. They are friendly and very polite and give good suggestions. We definitely will go back.

Under the excellent leadership of Concierge Manager Torsak and Assistant Chief Concierge Napadol, the entire team consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, genuine kindness, and an outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction. A special thankyou to Torsak, Napadol, Chock (Prasopchock), Pao (Paitoon), Preecha, Jakkri, Neramit, Detchart, Sarat, and Chakit. Every interaction with this wonderful team was a pleasure. They were always welcoming, approachable, attentive, and ready to help with a positive attitude. Their willingness to go the extra mile, provide thoughtful assistance, and ensure that guests feel genuinely cared for makes a real difference. What impressed me most was their teamwork, efficiency, and sincere hospitality. They do not simply perform their duties, they also create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel valued and at home. Also deepest appreciation goes to Chatuchak resaturant staff particularly my heartfelt thanks to Chef Arun whose dedication to culinary excellence and guest satisfaction was truly impressive. What makes Chef Arun stand out is not only the quality of the food but also his personal involvement and genuine care for the guests. He takes the time to follow up with guests during their meals, check that everything meets their expectations, and ensure that the food is prepared and presented to a high standard. His willingness to be personally involved in preparing dishes and overseeing the dining experience demonstrates real passion for his profession and a remarkable commitment to quality. It is particularly refreshing to see a chef who goes beyond the kitchen to connect with guests and make sure they are enjoying their meals. His attention to detail, hands-on approach, and dedication to providing an excellent dining experience deserve the highest praise. My sincere thanks also go to Anthika, Tai Tai, Tangmo, Mint, and Dear, who contributed to making the restaurant experience so enjoyable.
