Great location, staff and concierge
I stayed at Centara Ladprao for 5 nights as part of a “medical holiday” in BKK. The location was excellent being adjacent to a nice mall with lots of food choices. The staff was excellent, in particular ‘Yard’ who made several recommendations of nearby businesses and services that saved me time, money and made my visit more enjoyable.

Everyone is so friendly and attentive, especially Chef Arun. Asked for tomato chutney which wasn't available at the breakfast, he made it fresh for me. Shout out to Nail, Pui too, thank you
