A refined stay that could be truly exceptional
I had a wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is fantastic—just about a 5-minute cab ride to Chatuchak, making it very convenient for exploring one of Bangkok's most famous markets. There's also a large Central shopping mall only a 5-minute walk away, which was perfect for dining, shopping, and relaxing. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. The duty manager, Mr. Pitcha, was incredibly helpful and a true problem solver. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and made me feel completely at home. Overall, it was a memorable experience. I only wish I could have stayed a few more days! I Will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

Birthday surprise
I had a great experience, I was warmly greeted by the staff, especially by Kanika, they sent me some pastries for my birthday etc. the only draw back was that the room was hot and we couldn't sleep but aside from that it was all exceptional.

Family Friendly, Variety of Dishes, Something for Everyone
Our family of 5 had dinner at Chatuchak Cafe and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing! Every dish was cooked to perfection, we especially enjoyed the steak and sashimi dishes. There was a wide range of selections from Thai soup dishes to a variety of pasta. The food was made to order and you were able to specify how many servings you’d like per dish which we appreciated. My youngest is 4 years old and I’m always concerned if there would be something for him, not only did he enjoy the desserts, he LOVED the food. Beyond the delicious food, the staff were phenomenal. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped us with our orders, assisted our little one, served our food in a timely manner, and cleared used dishes fast. K’Mint, K’Preaw, K’Ploy, K’Rat, and K’Tai - THANK YOU! We enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to go back again.
