Conrad Bangkok

Located in a city which is constantly evolving itself, conrad is placed right at the crossroads, makes you feel stepping back with modern touches. It represents love for Bangkok in its true nature touching the past glory and the present evolution. Shout Out to Dome @ the front desk. Location - Beautifully nestled in the center of the city but away from hustle and bustle Rooms - We were upgraded to the deluxe room. The size of the room was 5/5, neat and clean linens, excellent shower pressure and oh my what a view of the bangkok skyline. Another major plus was everything was so plush and upmarket. Breakfast- Divided between Indian, Thai, Western & Asian section, it needs some improvement in terms of ambience and spread as well. Diplomate Bar - Excellent service, elegant drinks and canapes. Amenities- The hotel is equipped with a fabulous large pool and a fully equipped gym. Unfortunately it doesnt have much for the kids like the conrad in know in India - gives amenity, stationary bags to kids, self check in, cooking and art activities. May be they can add these. Overall - A hotel with old charm and modern amenities, holds a special place in my heart.

This property is well located in Bangkok, close to world class shopping, parks, and attractions.

Arrived at the Hotel and was greeted warmly by Dome at the reception, he remembers us and provided us with great hospitality. He did try his best to arrange us a nice room. He also arranged a beautiful cake for my belated birthday. We went to the Executive lounge and were greeted by PJ and she remembers us, she’s wonderful and friendly. Thank you for the lovely arrangement. superb. Breakfast spread is great,, they are all delicious. Vivian is there with her beautiful smile.

The Conrad Bangkok has turned into my "home way from home" due largely to the world-class staff led by GM Timothy. My recent stay was, as usual, absolutely fantastic, as the staff continues to go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well-cared for. This was my 4th stay in the past year and --- I'll be back!   The morning breakfast experience is always a perfect way to start each day. The entire team, led by Vivian, is outstanding. Game (5-star employee) , Fai, Nid, Amy, and Joy (best attitude) consistently provided warm, timely, and attentive service. Boss Amy should be proud. And a special shout-out to Chef Pae for the delicious culinary creations!   The Executive Lounge is run extremely well and you can tell the entire team enjoys providing happy hospitality. They are all superstars and it's appreciated to see Tewly, Miwha, Pla, Donut (the entire team!) provide professional and attentive service. And extra thanks to superstar PJ for outstanding recommendations on local points of interest! The pool team also deserves recognition with Arit and Nong always being nice and helpful.  And I know Trevor, Director of Ops, was making sure my entire stay was truly enjoyable. Extra shout out to Boss and Daisy for their world-class hospitality.   Overall, the Conrad Bangkok is a wonderful oasis in the midst of lively Bangkok.

I spent four great evenings here and my expectations were greatly surpassed. This was with sincere thanks to Dome with the greatest assist by Lalita, Khim and Eve.
