We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was amazing, from the beautiful atmosphere to the warm and thoughtful service. A special thank you to Game, who made our experience even more memorable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality and the way he made us feel so comfortable. Great hotel and location. Enjoyed my morning walks to the Central Park. Great breakfast. Friendly staff, I am calling out Game's thoughtful and pleasant service. Great room. Well kept every day. Tried room service on some days. They made me fall in love with mango sticky rice. Thoughtful service at the front desk. Arrived early. Was offered the use of the shower and rest room on the 7th floor where the swimming pool, sauna, and gym are located. I was told that I could use it. The same with my departure. My flight out is late in the night. I've been offered the same facilities till my cab comes to pick me up. I want to call out the great care and thoughtfulness of the front office staff, Oil. She helped on the first day when I mistakenly left both my phones in the airport cab. She assisted me in guiding a grab driver to the hotel.

Conrad staffs are awesome, they always greet you with a very warm welcome and smiles. The breakfast buffet is amazing and best of all the waiter/waitress are on a different level. I would like to give a shout out to Fang Film, she has a friendly smile and is very attentive. She did a great job at keeping our drinks full and our table clear during such a busy rush. Thank you and well done Conrad/Film!

Breakfast was very good especially MissFang and Miss Flim served excellence service for our family. The food was great and the beverage was delicious. All the staff were very kind. We had a perfect breakfast time at Conrad Bangkok. thank you.

We stayed at Conrad Bangkok from August 4th to 8th as a family of four, including our two little ones, Hajin and Haeun. This was our second stay — we first visited two years ago — and it was every bit as wonderful as we remembered. What made this trip truly special was the breakfast team. Every single morning, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth. The team quickly noticed what our children liked to eat, and from then on they brought their favorite dishes to the table before we even had to ask. It's a small thing on paper, but for parents traveling with young kids, it made every morning easy and joyful. Our children were so happy — they felt cared for and adored, and honestly, that meant more to us than anything else. A special thank you to Vivian, Joy, Nit, Fai, and Kevin — and to the many others whose names we didn't get the chance to ask. Please know that your kindness did not go unnoticed. We did take photos together at breakfast, but they were taken on one of the staff members' phones, so sadly we don't have them ourselves. Next time we'll remember to take some on our own phone as well, and early in the stay rather than on the last morning. Dome, at the front desk on the ground floor, deserves a particular mention. Our eldest, Hajin, remembered him from our visit two years ago and absolutely adored him this time. Even during his own breaks, Dome would come over and spend time with Hajin, playing with him and making him feel so special. We are truly grateful for that kind of heart. Our one real regret is that Dome was off duty on the day we checked out, so we never managed to take a photo with him at all. We would love nothing more than to take a picture all together next time. I also want to express our deepest gratitude to one of the gentlemen on the management team — I'm sorry that I never asked for his name, but I believe he was also with the hotel two years ago. During our stay, our younger one, Haeun, fell from the bed and we needed to get to a hospital urgently. He stayed completely calm, helped us find the right hospital and arranged a taxi for us right away. Thanks to him, she was seen by a doctor safely, and we returned home to Korea without any trouble. In a moment when we were frightened and unsure what to do, his composure and care meant everything to us. Thank you, truly. Thank you again to the entire Conrad Bangkok team for taking such good care of our family. We will definitely be back — and our children are already asking when. With warm gratitude, The Lee family
