My experience at Conrad Bangkok
Conrad Bangkok hotel has very facilities and food & service at the restaurant is excellent The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful especially Oil and Kuvin who both of them meet the guests with smile and cheer I am sure this hotel will be my future stay and I recommend everyone traveler to Bangkok to experience the stay at Conrad Bangkok and will never regret

Exceptional Service and Heartwarming Kindness at Conrad Bangkok
I recently stayed at Conrad Bangkok and had a great time. The view from the room was stunning and the pool was lovely. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Huge thanks to Game and Vivian at the breakfast restaurant for always checking in on us with warm smiles, and to Toon and the entire concierge team for being so helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made our trip to Thailand so much more memorable. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Considerate and helpful staff
Amy and Vivian, Nid and Fai were wonderfully attentive at breakfast. All the managers at Cafe@2 were supportive in helping me with my gluten and dairy free considerations. Amy ensured I got gluten free pancakes daily. Pea at the concierge’s desk is hugely informative about anything and everything. Gave thoughtful suggestions for all my requests about shopping, restaurants etc in Bangkok.
