Such an amazing stay from start to finish. The experience was warm and welcoming thanks to every staff member. A big shout-out to Prikwan for personalizing our experience, she’s an absolute gem and a true asset to the hotel. Thank you again for the outstanding hospitality and your kindness!

From the moment we checked in at midnight 1/14/2026 Emma and Evesiaht at the reception desk greeted us warmly and sincerely. They offered us a refreshing drink and explained all the amenities we would be able to enjoy at this beautiful resort. Our room had been recently renovated and was lovely; it was spacious, tastefully decorated and the adorable stuffed elephant on the bed warmed my heart 💕. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows felt like we were sleeping on clouds and we had the best nights sleep we’d had in 14 days!😴. After our amazing night of sleep we were blown away by the breakfast buffet. The buffet had the most variety of foods that I’ve ever seen. Lots of traditional Thai specialties, salads, fruits, eggs, soups, breads pastries, desserts I could go on but I think you’ve got a visual😳. Delicious😋. After breakfast we decided to talk with Toon, The Conrad’s Consierge extraordinaire! Toon was incredibly helpful! He provided us with a map of the area, explained the best way to go to the places we were interested in seeing, made a reservation for us at a local family run Thai restaurant, for dinner and booked our massages, and on top of all of that, he took the time to help me learn how to say “Thank you in Thai”- Kop Kuhn Ka (for a lady), Kop Kuhn Kop (for a man) just in case you were wondering. Another day we decided to venture out to one of Bangkok’s bigger Markets and needed to exchange some of our money for smaller bills, Prikwan at the reception desk was professional and delightful; as soon as she heard we were going to the markets she immediately offered us cold waters to keep us hydrated and asked her colleague Nicki to exchange our money. They were both genuinely excited about our adventure and took the time to equip us with important phrases we would need at the market—“How much?” And Too expensive!”. In summary I’d like to acknowledge the staff, they were cheerful, helpful and attentive! From the staff we dealt with at the pool and those who made up our room every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Conrad Bangkok, and look forward to staying at this beautiful hotel again in the future💕.

It was an absolute pleasure to return to Conrad Bangkok which is always a perfect place for us to stay in Bangkok. We loved our beautiful Conrad suite and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service in the Executive lounge. The perfect position of the hotel, the amazing staff and our Diamond status being well recognised at this hotel keeps us coming back every time! Thanks to all the Team in the lounge, Bammy and Daisy - Guest Relations. and the wonderful Spa ladies! We'd especially like to thank our Spa therapists Kan and Aeh who gave the best massage treatments perfectly tailored to our needs. We also enjoyed our evenings in the Diplomat bar and the great live music - special thanks to Renee and the guys for the perfect tunes every time! Can't wait to return soon! Kevin and Richard

My wife and I did a couple treatments at the spa on the 5th floor. For the first, I got a foot massage and she got a head and scalp massage. Both were excellent and we were able to have them done together in the same room. We decided to go back for a different session on our last day at the hotel. For the second massage, we did a full body scrub followed by a 90-minute massage with our masseuses, One and Tanya. This experience was even better than the first and both masseuses made us feel very comfortable. Look forward to going back for more treatments the next time we’re in Bangkok. We loved our time at the Conrad!
