Very good experience, Ayelyn very nice, very good front desk service, patiently answering questions and a very nice smile，The lobby is very clean and the surrounding area is very convenient. There is a shuttle bus to BTS. There is a small bar in the lobby, and there is a band playing on weekends, which is very comfortable and enjoyable.

Located at Sukhumvit, at walking distance from mall and the city centre. Well appointed rooms with chic interiors and spacious bath . The rooms offer sweeping views of the city. The staff were on point and professional. The one feedback for improvement would be to improve on the offerings of the buffet breakfast and add a few more dishes for vegetarians and vegans.

This was my first trip to Bangkok with my younger sister. It was very comfortable stay with my family and especially a huge thanks to Aya and Ayelyn. I made wonderful memories here and would like to revisit Conrad when I come to Bangkok again. Thank you :)

Really, really wonderful hospitality, especially from Game during breakfast. He made a point to introduce himself, chat, and make us feel welcome. Pool staff were also all very accommodating. Gym had a great range of equipment, including a squat rack. Room had all the amenities we needed (and more) for a five night stay.

My daughter and I stayed last night at what is, so far, the most beautiful and hospitable hotel in Bangkok. I was also a guest in 2017 - then with my wife - at your hotel for 4 days.
