Absolutely fantastic hotel on every single level. We were upgraded as HH Diamond members and treated like King and Queen for the whole duration of our stay. Room quality was exceptional. Executive Lounge was superb and the service we received from every single member of staff was exemplary. Hotel is slightly away from all the hustle and bustle so we just walked 10-15 mins to the metro which was easy to use and seamless. Overall a fantastic stay. Well done and Thank You Conrad Bangkok in every respect.

Location: very good; you can walk from BTS station, even the sidewalk floor is not the best for your trolley. If you arrive by car it is also very easy, through Wireless Road, and it is close to Lumpini Park, low Sukhumvit, etc. Service: the best this hotel has. All the staff is very helpful and friendly, with a special touch, an attention to every little detail; tey cometo your room in late afternoon to open your bed, put the slippers on the side, eyc; they knock on your door to ask if you ned anything else, like toileteries, or something... Rooms: I stayed in i high floor and i believe it was a Premium Room (but i am not sure). It was big and well-equipped: king size bed, nice pillows (it has 6! types of pillows you van chose from), enough selection of tv channels, nespresso machine, good selection of tea and coffee bags, minibar.Great vue, specially in the night time. Double electric blinds.Silent air con. Bathroom: big, with walk in shower (the water temperature tap can be too sensitive...) and tube, good quality toileteries. Parking: compimentary, with also complimentary valet service, which can be helpful, as it tend to be fast than if you park yourself. Breakfast: Very good, as in quantity, as in variety (for example, durung the 3 days i stayed there, there was food from 3 different regions of Thailand) or quality. The only "lower" point can be the breakfast room, because it gets not big enough during peak time. But don't get me wrong, in a 1-10 scale, the breakfast itself would be 9.5 and the room..maybe 8. Gym and spa: very well equipped gym, in a nice and big room, with plenty of machines, towels, water. Locker room is nice. Sauna is not very big but it's ok. Nice toileteries. Pity the was no hot water in the showers (maintenance period, i think) Did not try the swimming pool or the steam room or the room service. All spotless, all over. Great stay, overall.

Conrad Bangkok is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. The location is perfect if you need to visit certain embassys. The hotel is slightly far from BTS, but a complimentary bus helps with that. Absolutely the best city hotel pool... the pool feels and looks like a large resort pool. The pool deck has tennis courts, a hot tub larger than some hotel pools, a huge pool, pool bar, garden, sculptures fountains. Hotel staff brings complimentary pool treats while you sit at the pool. The room is magnificent. With electric curtains, great city view, pillow menu, excellent bed and furnishings. Executive lounge is quite nice, but questionable value. Next time we will skip executive lounge access. Staff is extremely professional, service is excellent. Concierge contacted prior to our stay, every request was completed. The hotel room was ready when we stated we would arrive.
