Conrad Bangkok

The Bangkok Conrad is an excellent hotel! Specifically, the massage therapy, performed by Kan was totally outstanding! She has good command of English and really helped me before the long flight back! Really enjoyed my stay!

It was a great stay and so grateful to Vivian, Nid, Game, and Jazzy for their hospitality and kindness. I had come to Bangkok for some medical care and was staying at the Conrad as part of the recovery. They along with all the other staff were so kind to help me. When you’re tired and not feeling well, a bit of kindness helps. And they were more than generous with kindness and effort to help me. Thank you to them and the entire staff. Lovely people.

I recently visited the Conrad Executive Lounge and had an outstanding experience thanks to Ziggy. From the moment I arrived, Ziggy provided warm, attentive, and professional service that elevated the whole stay. Highlights: Warm welcome and efficient check-in that felt personal without being intrusive. Expert knowledge of menu and beverage offerings; helpful, concise recommendations that matched our tastes. Fast, polished service during cocktail hour—food was replenished promptly and presented neatly. Attentive to small details (refills, dietary preferences, timely clearing of plates) which made the lounge comfortable and relaxed. Professional demeanor and friendly conversation that added a genuine, hospitable touch. Overall: Ziggy delivered first-class hospitality and clearly takes pride in guest experience. If you’re using the Conrad Executive Lounge, ask for Ziggy — you’ll be in excellent hands.

I have now stayed at the Conrad Bangkok twice, almost two weeks apart, and on both occasions the check in service has been excellent. The service in the executive lounge has been absolutely perfect, and I would highly recommend booking executive lounge access as it really enhances the overall stay and experience. A standout colleague during both visits has been Kevin, the Duty Manager. On my first stay he provided excellent service from the moment I arrived, and once again on my return he ensured we were checked in promptly and quickly settled into our room. His professionalism and attention to guests really stood out. The colleagues working around the pool area are also excellent, very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The concierge team at the front of the hotel are equally impressive, taking care of luggage efficiently and delivering it to the room very quickly. Overall, Kevin has been the standout on service at the Conrad Bangkok, and because of the consistently high level of service from all colleagues, I will certainly be returning again soon.
