Kan! Amazing massage therapist. My back and shoulders feel so much better.
Had a wonderful massage at the spa which focused on my back and shoulders after a long flight. I feel much better after the massage. Kan is amazing! She can alter her pressure based on your needs and is very strong should you need to go deeper. So thankful for Kan and the spa and Conrad is lucky to have her in the staff. Would recommend whole heartedly!

Amazing hotel with outstanding hospitality
I had an absolutely wonderful 3 night stay and it began with outstanding service at check in. Daisy at the front desk was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The hotel itself is very modern with an amazing gym, pool, and executive lounge. PJ and Ziggy provided my group with excellent service throughout our entire stay. They really stood out amongst the staff and were extremely attentive and kind. I look forward to returning and couldn’t not recommend a better hotel.

Great experience with the best service
I had a great experience at Conrad. Prikwan from the Guest Relations team took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. She checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and always helped arrange anything we needed that we couldn’t manage ourselves. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Unprofessional operation and customer service at Conrad Bangkok!
I have never been back to Conrad BKK over a year after the unhappy experince last time. Unfortunately, this stay i also still faced the unprofessional operation and poor customer service of thier guest relation and front deak staff. No hhonors Diamond welcome aminities on room, no pre-arrival welcome email to information briefly information and waiting for the room almost an hour.I don't expect that Conrad BKK would lower the standardized of a 5 star hotel like this! I could say that as a IHG Ambassador and Diamond elite and also Accor Platinum, Conrad BKK is worst service than before covid and aloso far away from 5 star hotel! Please be consider carefully before select to stay here.
