Conrad Bangkok

Hotel Experience: Great service and attention to detail especially the Chinese New Year Themes. Staff: The front desk manager, Hanym, and concierge, Bowvy, were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
 Massage Experience: The traditional Thai massage was relaxing, but a bit intense due to the heel pressure applied.
 Room: Good size, clean ,and dust-free. 
 Noise: As a light sleeper I was able to sleep soundly without the need for earplugs or ambient noise. 
 Amenities: Great executive lounge, with lots of seating and outlets. Nice views of Bangkok. 

 Check-in:
 The front desk manager, Hanym, was super friendly and helpful. The check-in was a breeze as they had 6 employees available for checkin. Hanym went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It was clear that the Conrad staff really cares about making their guests happy, and I felt like a VIP.

 Concierge: 
Bowvy, was also fantastic. She planned everything perfectly for me, from my activities to my dining reservations and even my transportation. She was so detail-oriented that everything went off without a hitch, and I was able to fully enjoy my trip without any worries. Her expertise made all the difference!

 Room & Stay
: The room was great. It was a corner room, with the dark wood and marble bathroom. A highlight is the evening turndown service and fresh slippers and restock. The room was quiet and they offer a pillow menu which I made use of. The views are that great because you are in the middle of the city, but if you can ask for a room overlooking the park.

 Massage
: One of the things I really enjoyed was the traditional massage. I was a bit nervous, but it was actually really relaxing. Just a heads up, though: when you get a traditional Thai massage, make sure to tell them to be very soft. I didn’t, and I ended up with a sharp heel in the back of my calf. It was a bit uncomfortable, but it was all worth it in the end.

 Diplomat
: One night, I didn’t want to leave the hotel, but I also didn’t want to stay in my room, so I went to the Diplomat bar. They recognized me as a Diamond member and I enjoyed the live music they have on weekends. 

 Shuttle service: 
The only downside was trying to catch the shuttle service back to the hotel from Sukhimvit Road. Leaving is fine because they make an announcement. However there isn’t a posted schedule or sign on Sukhimvit to help guest with shuttle timing. It would be helpful if there was an app, website or text message that could was available to hotel guest.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Conrad, the spa is a highlight here along with the breakfast that’s complimentary! Yui was my massage therapist for all the spa sessions and I highly recommend her. She did such a wonderful job and made every massage feel so relaxing. I recommend the lavender aromatherapy massage. The hotel staff and management was also very responsive and helpful and made staying here so pleasant! Thank you for the experience!

I booked this hotel through Amex travel and was pleased to receive the breakfast benefit with a room upgrade. Great views from the 36th floor! Breakfast buffet was one of the BEST I've ever seen in Asia. Well worth the option. Staff is most gracious and accommodating. I never had to raise my hand for assistance. Someone was always there to help. If you can get access to the executive lounge, they have a fabulous drink section and several food bites to enjoy.

The Conrad Bangkok is a beautiful luxury hotel with an excellent pool and Spa area, very good restaurants and beautiful rooms. As a Hilton Diamond member I had access to the Executive Lounge, which has a breathtaking view of Bangkok and serves an exceptionally delicious breakfast. The lounge staff is extremely helpful and attentive and I would like to especially thank Rose for her help and kindness.

I would like to give a shout out to Miss Prikwan (Lalita) for her excellent and professional service provided during my stay. The hotel was at a high occupancy and she made sure that I got my room in no time after my long day traveling around for meetings. Totally deserved a recommendation from me. Khorb khun mak krub 🙏
