Conrad Bangkok

I have stayed here 6 or 7 times in the past two years. Senorita Lalita Prikwan and the whole team at Conrad always go above and beyond to look after me, and manage to make it feel like a home away from home..

In all of my 60 years of travel, I have never experienced a more relaxing adventure than staying at the Conrad Bangkok Hotel. From Vivian in the breakfast restaurant, to Rose in the Executive Lounge, to Prikwan, Emma, Kik, and too many others to remember, my wife and I were treated with extreme kindness. We only regret that our visit was too short this time.

Had a great stay with them. Rooms are amazing the staff are always kind and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay. This is my second time staying here and the experience was perfect both times

I am a Lifetime Member at Marriott, so I typically pick from their portfolio out of habit at this point. However, on this trip, I decided to give Conrad a try and was very pleasantly surprised. The Conrad sits a little further down Wireless Road, but there are shuttles to the BTS, and even if you choose to walk, it is not too far. The overall atmosphere of the property is upscale, luxurious, and quiet. I actually liked the more classic, toned-down marble and wood finishes throughout. My Premium Room was well-appointed, spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, featuring an incredibly comfortable bed. They also provide genuine Nespresso capsules, which I think reflects highly on the brand—many upscale hotels resort to cheap knock-off capsules (Fairmont Mumbai, among others, take note). That said, the bathroom may be due for a refresh; I noticed it looks identical to photos in reviews from over a decade ago. Now, the true highlight of this property is the staff! They are exceptionally excellent and friendly. I was super impressed by how Vivian, especially, was so eager to ensure everything was going well with guests at breakfast, constantly making sure we had everything we needed. It certainly helps that I stayed for seven nights, but I was genuinely impressed that the staff—not only at the breakfast restaurant but also at the hotel's Chinese restaurant—recognized me, remembered my name, and welcomed me back each time. After all, many hotels have nice hardware, but it is always these soft touches from the human beings that distinguish a property. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Bangkok!

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Bangkok, and one of the highlights was the excellent service from Ziggy on the Executive Floor. Ziggy was professional, friendly, and always attentive to guests' needs. He greeted us warmly every day, provided helpful assistance, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. His attention to detail and positive attitude truly enhanced our Executive Lounge experience. The Executive Floor service was excellent, and Ziggy's dedication to guest satisfaction stood out. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Conrad Bangkok and the Executive Floor team.
