Conrad Bangkok

BK at the fitness center was very welcoming and helpful in showing things around. Bodyworx gym is spotless and never too crowded. The bathroom is beautiful and the amenities are great. Very pleasant and peaceful experience overall.

The room was elegant and comfortable, the pool and spa were excellent, and the food and restaurants were equally impressive. Every aspect of the hotel, from the facilities to the atmosphere, was outstanding. What impressed us most, however, was the genuine hospitality of the team. Aeyelyn, Daisy, Nicha, Bammy and Pea were incredibly helpful even before our arrival. During our stay, Rose at the Executive Lounge, Duty Manager Nichapa Teerawutudom, Simon, and Spa team members Ae and Yui all provided warm and thoughtful service. The room upgrade, along with the cake, wine, fruit and thoughtful card, was a wonderful surprise. Even at departure, the porter kindly assisted us with our luggage and sent us off with warm wishes. This was our first trip to Thailand, and Conrad Bangkok exceeded our expectations. The room, facilities, pool, food and service were all outstanding. Most of all, it was the people who made our stay truly memorable. We would happily return to Conrad Bangkok on our next visit to Bangkok.

With its traditional wood interior, wonderful staff and superb Executive lounge, what a lovely Conrad. It does not feel corporate due to its staff who are warm and helpful, so fantastic for a holiday. Our room was wonderful with Jacky from Housekeeping looking after it so well. Beds are very comfortable with good linen and there is a well equipped bathroom where amenities are replaced. A turndown service just adds to the already high standards. The Club Lounge and its team is delightful. Breakfast is a highlight with a range of Thai dishes plus a wide range of other options. Afternoon Tea and evening canapés cannot be missed. The evening canapés are substantial, thoughtfully curated and delicious. Service standards are excellent and always warm and friendly. The hotel has an excellent range of leisure activities and is attached to a small shopping centre that can supply the forgotten essentials. A shuttle service to the nearby BTS station is excellent. A comfortable vehicle and very regular allowing the hotel is to an excellent base to explore from.

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was amazing, from the beautiful atmosphere to the warm and thoughtful service. A special thank you to Game, who made our experience even more memorable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality and the way he made us feel so comfortable. Great hotel and location. Enjoyed my morning walks to the Central Park. Great breakfast. Friendly staff, I am calling out Game's thoughtful and pleasant service. Great room. Well kept every day. Tried room service on some days. They made me fall in love with mango sticky rice. Thoughtful service at the front desk. Arrived early. Was offered the use of the shower and rest room on the 7th floor where the swimming pool, sauna, and gym are located. I was told that I could use it. The same with my departure. My flight out is late in the night. I've been offered the same facilities till my cab comes to pick me up. I want to call out the great care and thoughtfulness of the front office staff, Oil. She helped on the first day when I mistakenly left both my phones in the airport cab. She assisted me in guiding a grab driver to the hotel.
