Amazing stay and unforgettable service!The hotel is fantastic, but what truly makes a difference is the staff. We want to give a special thanks to Tuta, the bellman, for his incredible support. From the moment we arrived, he not only took great care of our luggage but also took the time to give us detailed directions about the area, recommend the best spots, and share great transportation tips. His guidance made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. A perfect 10 out of 10 for Tuta! Gracias Tuta!

I went with my husband and three sons and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious and well catered to. The staff were beyond polite, kind, helpful, and friendly. My youngest loved the pool area. My middle son and I enjoyed the spa with great treatments. My husband and eldest son loved the gym. Amazing holiday!

My stay at Conrad Bangkok was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is elegant, and peaceful, The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are outstanding, and the level of service consistently exceeded my expectations. Absolutely love the Conrad Bangkok, my Bangkok home away from home! The location is brilliant with lots of restaurants and cafes in the compound and onsite restaurants were very pleasant, especially Lui all you can eat! The lounge staff were very courteous and efficient. I really loved to see the regular staff especially Ziggy whom are always professional yet friendly to me and my guests. He is the reason why I’m always coming back to this hotel, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this central property in Bangkok. Returning to this location at the end of a day of exploration and adventure in and around the city was refreshing and something to look forward to. The rooms offered adequate space and felt comfortable and relaxing. The fact that you know housekeeping would've done their magic with the rooms, or there was the always quiet and welcoming executive lounge or pool to retreat to made it that more refreshing. We enjoyed breakfast during our stay by alternating between the executive lounge and Cafe@2 and while you'll be spoilt for choice at Cafe@2, the lounge also left a lasting impression with the spread available. Staff at the Conrad Bangkok really embody the tradition of smiles and service that the Thai people are famous for.
