Dream Bangkok

It was alright. Lovely staff. Everyone was friendly, especially the bell boy. Room had a musty/moldy smell though. Took a little bit of getting used to. I booked on their website directly where they had an early check-in promotion. When I went to check in, the front desk person didn't honor it and I had to come back at 2pm. Later that day when I went to go out, the front desk stopped me and gave me a welcome drink coupon since I booked on the website. Would I come back? Probably not.

This was my second stay at Night hotel at a span of three months. This time I was with my family and we booked two rooms. I always like Night hotel, specially for the service and smiling faces of their staff members. This time it was not different. Good breakfast, good location, good service ….. BUT I would mention one thing which was a constant problem that we faced for the seven days we stayed there. It was the air conditioner. Our room numbers were 710 and 711. The temperature adjustment of air conditioner, specially in room 711 did not work at all. So the room became absolutely freezing. Even if the temperature was turned at 30 degrees, the room still would be freezing. We had to turn off the AC while sleeping at night. On the second night we complained, they send someone to fix, still it did not work. Again we complained, again they send someone, still it was the same. Finally they send another person who changed some parts, still, no better. For the last four nights, we did not bother to complain any more and slept at night keeping the air conditioner turned off, which was quite unpleasant. The reception staff were honest in their effort, they tried to solve the issue sincerely. They even sent us a small fruit treat as a way to apologise for the issue which was a nice gesture. What I understand is the air conditioner issue is a complicated engineering problem and the hotel authority needs to fix up this issue by re-hauling from the core. Guests would not enjoy sleeping at night keeping the air conditioning systems off. It would be really sad to see guests losing their interest on this beautiful hotel only because of their faulty air conditioning system. I hope the hotel management really takes this matter seriously and consider solving this issue permanently.

Consistently great service. The staff were really genuinely nice starting from the front desk, the breakfast room, housekeeping and the pool bar. That was one of the reasons why I went back several times besides a great convenient location. A shout out to Ken, a front desk staff, for being very accommodating and courteous as usual. Thank you!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to all the action in Bangkok's Sukhumvit district but a few streets away from the real hustle and bustle. The room was spacious enough and to a great standard for the price. Perfect for a city break with friends when you are just passing out after a hectic day/night in Bangkok. The breakfast was very good. The pool roof top pool a great quiet spot to relax and take a dip before heading out again. The hotel is split across two buildings on two sides of the street. I stayed in the building that had the pool. Breakfast was across the road. This really wasn't a big deal. Staff were all very pleasant and attentive. Overall, a very well done experience for the location and price point.
