I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Night Hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. I arranged for car service from the airport, and everything went perfectly. The pickup directions were clear and easy to follow, and the driver was friendly and courteous, making the start of my stay completely stress-free. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredible—kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They genuinely made me feel like family. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful variety of options. The food was always hot and flavorful, and the made-to-order eggs were outstanding. I highly recommend trying the different soups—they were absolutely delicious. The dining staff was warm and welcoming, greeting guests with a smile every morning. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an amazing job and was always available if I needed anything. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. I also highly recommend the spa services. They offer great value, and the staff is professional and excellent at what they do. Be sure to book your services ahead of time! Overall, my stay at the Night Hotel was exceptional. From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for. I can’t wait to stay there again, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. Everyone who works there is truly a professional.

Overall, the hotel itself was fine. The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and I had no issues with comfort or service. The location is a plus — about a 5-minute walk from the main Sukhumvit action, yet still quiet enough to relax. There’s a mall nearby and public transportation is also about a 5-minute walk, which makes getting around easy. My main issue was at check-in. I was told that the hotel I booked was not the building I would be staying in, and I was taken across the street to what they referred to as “Tower Two.” This was never mentioned in the booking details or in any reviews I read beforehand. To make matters worse, the pool in that building was shut down for one of the two nights I stayed due to a private function. While staff said we could use the pool in the other building across the street, that’s inconvenient — especially when you choose a hotel expecting on-site amenities to be available. Because of this lack of transparency and the pool closure, I’ve scored this hotel lower than I otherwise would have. The hotel isn’t bad, but guests should be clearly informed in advance if they may be placed in a different building and if key amenities like the pool may be unavailable.

this is by far my favorite hotel i stayed in while in visiting bangkok. staff are great got a decent room in the same tower that the lobby is in. same tower that breakfast is held every morning. all the staff i came in contact with was great and super friendly. rooms are quiet and very clean. they do offer a mini bar with snacks but all at hotel prices. but i guess you dont care after a night of drinking. this hotel is made up of 2 towers the main tower has the breakfast and the main front desk while the other tower has the swimming pool. they do offer free rides to terminal 21 if you dont feel like walking via their tuk tuk, good option if its raining or extremely hot. they are guest friendly but your guest just need to register at the front desk. i would stay here again but their price fluctuates from budget to mid- range so it just depends on when you come.

Our first trip to Bangkok. So happy we chose this location. Staff were so helpful from assisting with taxis to wait staff in restaurant. Room was clean. Hot water not an issue. We are at restaurant in the evening. Food was good. Breakfast selection was incredible and good. Pool was refreshing. Would recommend

Stayed here for a few nights before travelling onward. The room was very spacious with a small lounge area and it is just off the main Sukhumvit road so very well located. I did not try the food here so cannot comment on the quality, but the staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The bed was also decent, felt very rested in the morning. An easy recommend.
