Great stay with great service
Recently stayed at Kimpton Maa Lai Bangkok for 3 days. Was welcomed by Eric at the front desk. He proactively engaged and accommodated room preference. Was given an upgraded room and Eric escorted me to the room to make sure the room is to my liking. He even gave tips about local foods and landmark. Great service. Will be back. Thank you Eric.

Perfect Hotel!
This hotel is absolutely perfect—there’s nothing lacking. From the stylish interior design and excellent room condition to the flawless service and friendly staff, everything exceeded expectations. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool had a wonderful atmosphere. You won’t regret choosing this hotel. I would especially like to praise Ms. Kan, who assisted me during check-in. She was incredibly kind and made the experience even more pleasant.
