This hotel is a beautiful, luxurious oasis in the city, but the most important highlight for us was the staff, especially Tina. We had a minor issue with [mention a general area like: "our room amenities" or "a booking detail"] upon check-in, and Tina resolved it immediately and flawlessly, making us feel perfectly taken care of. Her professionalism and attention to detail are top-tier. She represents the best of Kimpton’s 'ridiculously personal' service. Give Tina a raise! Highly recommended.

rooftop bar (Bar.Yard) at Kimpton Maa-Lai. The entire hotel experience is exceptional. However, what elevated our stay to 5-stars was the incredible service provided by staff like Tina. She was always proactive and attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Her friendly and cheerful presence made every interaction a pleasure.
