Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

We stayed there for my family trip! It was very good! The room and the pool breakfast everything we enjoyed! Specially I met a lady named Grape! She is so lovely! She made our family trip just perfecto. We will definitely go back again hope to see Grape again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, but what I remember most is how well taken care of I felt during the fitness class. The hotel offers 2-3 fitness classes every day, which I thought was such a nice touch. Since I’m currently pregnant, I asked the fitness team beforehand which classes might be suitable for me. After discussing my situation, I joined a Pilates class with Bana. It was a group class, but Bana was incredibly thoughtful. She explained easier alternatives for each movement and kept an eye on me throughout the class to make sure I was comfortable. Before we started, she even mentioned that if me and my husband ended up being the only participant, she would be happy to adjust the class specifically for pregnancy. It was such a small thing, but I really appreciated how naturally caring and attentive she was. I never felt like I was being treated differently in an uncomfortable way — I simply felt looked after. Thank you so much, Bana! The hotel itself was also lovely. I really enjoyed the modern and beautifully designed interiors and absolutely loved Kimpton’s style. It’s also pet-friendly, which makes it an especially nice choice if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with your furry friend. Overall, a very memorable stay. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome!

I had such a memorable stay at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, especially as it was my birthday trip. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt thoughtful and personal. I stayed in one of the suites, and the space was even more impressive than I expected. It was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable, with plenty of room to properly relax and enjoy the stay. I especially appreciated how the suite managed to feel luxurious without losing that warm, residential feeling. One of the sweetest surprises was the birthday setup waiting for me in the room. The thoughtful decorations and little birthday touches were such a lovely gesture and made the occasion feel genuinely special. It’s these small details that can really make a hotel stay memorable. I also loved the thoughtful local touches throughout the experience. In particular, the selection of Thai-inspired night-time snacks was such a nice surprise. Coming back to the room in the evening and having something local to enjoy was a small but memorable detail that made the stay feel more personal and connected to Bangkok. Beyond the room, I really enjoyed the hotel’s design and atmosphere. It has a stylish and contemporary feel while still being warm and welcoming, and the service throughout the stay was consistently friendly and attentive. Overall, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok gave me much more than just a beautiful place to stay. The spacious suite, thoughtful birthday surprises and little local touches made this a genuinely memorable birthday experience. I would definitely love to return the next time I’m in Bangkok.

This was my first trip to Bangkok, and arriving at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok immediately put me in the best mood. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the calm and beautiful lobby, as well as the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff. It gave me a wonderful first impression of the hotel. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to MON, who kindly assisted us with check-in and our room upgrade, and even wished me a happy birthday in Korean. I was truly touched by MON’s thoughtful and attentive service. Thank you so much, MON! I was also very satisfied with the communication regarding my special event request before our stay. The birthday surprise prepared for me at the hotel was incredibly thoughtful and made my stay even more memorable. After traveling to many places, this was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The warm hospitality and thoughtful details made such a strong impression on me. I would definitely love to visit Bangkok again, and if I do, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok will be my first choice. I truly hope to come back and stay here again!
