Beautiful hotel, and amazingly friendly staff!
Absolutely stellar hospitality from the team, welcomed to the property with big smiles and got acquainted with the hotel amenities and our room. (Big shout out to Mi for her cheerful and incredibly helpful attitude) The room was gorgeous and housekeeping made it extra special since it was our honey moon, room size is also MASSIVE (applies for the bathroom too) Everything is just amazing and my wife and I are just over the moon with everything going on inside of the Kimpton, cannot recommend this enough!

The staff welcomed very well. They smiled brightly. Even though we could not communicate English very well, but they could communicate Chinese with me! Grape gave me very good advice. She can speak Chinese very fluently. We were stunned. Also, this hotel is Pet friendly too. I like dogs very much. Next time I will come to stay again!

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, and a front desk lady named Grape received us very warmly. My wife and I think she is very good, and we will still look for her next time.

Wonderful Experience in Bangkok
I stayed at Kimpton with my family and it was a perfect experience! All staffs were welcoming at the lobby since we entered and especially Aood greeted us warmly, and the check-in was smooth and fast. He was not only professional but also very kind and smiling. He was truly helpful for us during our stay. I'm genuinely grateful to Jade as well for her kindness and willingness for help. She values communication with guest. The room condition was so clean and bed was very comfortable. This hotel has a nice pool and pet friendly so you can see many cute dogs. Also, complimentary drinks are provided between 5-6pm at the Bar Yard. The breakfast was nice but I recommend you to try dinner as well, there are a lot of nice dishes. Thank you so much for giving us unforgettable moments every time and I strongly recommend Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok!
