Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

Of course, it may vary from person to person, but in most cases, every staff member will be very attentive and supportive. It was a 3-night, 4-day stay. I've always liked Kimpton Hotels, so I tend to choose them no matter which city I'm in. My impression of Kimpton in Bangkok is wonderful. The facilities and staffs provide me a very comfortable atmosphere. All the facilities are great, but I personally liked the gym equipment and services the most. They have dumbbells weighing up to 50kg, and the facilities are set up for CrossFit. There are fitness classes almost every day, and this time I took a cover dance class. The instructor was a man named Fuji. He was very cheerful, polite, and taught with such ease that even though I'm not good at dancing and was half-regretting why I signed up, the class was so fun that the time flew by. I was very grateful for the class design that allowed me to gradually build up what I could do. There are countless things I could mention about the wonderful aspects of the stay, from breakfast and room cleaning to the bar and room service. とても素晴らしい体験をありがとうございます🤗また会いましょう✨

I had an amazing experience with Kimptom Maa-lai and staff, Eric. All the staffs were very welcoming us at the door and gave all the bright energies. I definitely would like to come next time again and highly recommend if you have plan to come to Thailand:)

First of all, I would like to sincerely compliment the Front Desk team, especially Mr. Mon and Miss Aum, for their excellent service during check-in. Mr. Mon also took great care of us throughout our stay. We checked in during the Songkran Festival 2026, when the hotel was quite busy. However, Mr. Mon made every effort to find us the best possible room and even arranged a room for us to rest while waiting for check-in. My family and I were truly impressed by his attentiveness. The Concierge team was also outstanding, especially Miss Aui and all the staff who assisted with our luggage. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and what impressed me most is that many of the staff remember me. They always greet me warmly with genuine smiles and provide exceptional service. The team at Stock.Room restaurant was also excellent. Having stayed at many hotels, I can confidently say that the service at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok is one of the most impressive. This is why I keep coming back again and again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, providing truly professional service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Khun Mon, who took exceptional care of us and made our experience even more memorable. We will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok to everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing time at the Kimpton Maa Lai!! From start to finish, the service was amazing. I love how they held my bags and then, when I asked for a late checkout, were more than happy to accommodate. The check in worker Mi was especially graceful and helpful, she made everything so much smoother. The pool was great and the food was amazing! Definitely check out Ms. Jigger. Would definitely come back!
