I had a good experience in the pool and other facilities. All the staffs were polite and humble.I think his name was Eric,he was kind and help me a lot and made my experience good with Kimpton Maa lai.Hope to visit Kimpton next time.

Really enjoyed my stay at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok. The location is perfect, the service was genuinely warm and attentive, and the room was beautiful and so comfortable. Had a great stay and would definitely come back! Grape at check in was really attentive and helpful!
