Amazing experience in Bangkok.
It's my greatest honor to stay in Kimpyon for my mom's first visit in Bangkok. Mr. Mon helped me a lot and very polite and greety, I really enjoy his helpful arrangement.

Excellent Staff Service, Room Not Ready at Check-in
I checked in at 3 PM, the official check-in time, but unfortunately had to wait more than an hour for my room to be ready. As an IHG Platinum Elite member, this was a bit disappointing, especially for a 5-star hotel. That said, Mon at the front desk provided excellent service. He handled the situation professionally and offered complimentary breakfast and a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Great service from Mon, but the hotel should improve room readiness at check-in time.

Fantastic Stay!
Exceptional Stay Experience The room was spacious and offered stunning views, making it a great place to relax. Breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse range of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and the staff especially Mon, were incredibly helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Thailand.

Ventering into the tranquility of Kimpton Ma-lai
The moment when our transport entering the entrance road path of the hotel..We immediately felt the greenery of the landscaping. We were welcome by the concierge staff, check in was smooth and thanks to Eric for his kind assist on the room upgrading. The room was spacious with great ammenities. We walked to the Veela for lunch while waiting for room key ready. The hotel provide van transport to nearest chidlom station and Mercury Ville. Walking distance to nearby 7-11 and massage around 10 minutes. The breakfast was great with many varietis. All staff were friendly, that's why no wonder the hotel is very busy. We enjoyed the daily social hour at level 3 pool side. The only wish list we have for the hotel is to have indicator light at every lift so that we know which lift has arrived.

Great hotel, good service
I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok. The hotel is beautifully designed, with spacious and comfortable rooms that feel both modern and relaxing. The location near Lumpini Park is perfect for exploring Bangkok while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. What truly made the experience special was the warm and attentive service from Mon. He was welcoming and genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable. He is SUPERB!
