Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

I have been lucky enough to stay at quite a few 5 star hotels and there are very, very few that come close to this. We are talking Claridge's levels. The service is consistently excellent without being obstrusive. Things like the bedding being such a high thread count and the dressing gowns being silk make it all such a comfy experience. One important thing to mention is the breakfast. It is without a doubt the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. There must be at least 50 different options ranging from a noodle station where you can pick and choose what kind of noodle soup you want, which is then made for you. Then there is obviously things like eggs/bacon, pastries, fruit etc but then there is stuff like bibimbap or pandan French toast. There are even things you'd associate with dinner like pad Thai, roast leg of lamb and dim sum. It's just endless and all perfect. We had a premium room - floor to ceiling windows, huge shower, bath, great view. It really had everything. With it being our honeymoon, they put a little surprise in our room. I would absolutely love to stay again.

Truly amazing stay. I’ve stayed at the Kimpton a couple years before and decided to bring my family to experience it. Did not regret the choice at all. From the moment we step in, we all loved it. Khun P’Manao welcomed us with her smile and energy which set the tone for our stay. Kudos to the bartenders at Bar.yard , Khun Jan and Khun gwang, who were so engaging and also took care of us! Can’t wait to be back again!

I love this hotel so much. From the pre-arrival experience, K. Manow, Wanwila, had helped me with the room upgrade and room condition. The view fron my room was so splendid. Moving forward to the Concierge, K. Non, recomended me Look In Look Chan as a place for lunch and it was exactly what he said. Also K. Pai was so friendly and warm. If we talk about the service, I couldn't deny that K. Grape played a role in her position so good and she deserved it! Not only did K. Grape offerred me an excellent service on dinner at Stock.Room, but also K. Manish, the trainee at the pool, was so smart and esthusiasm to serve. Finally, you should choose Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok as tge pkace for your staycation. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE!

This stay exceeded all expectations, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff with K.Manao and K.Grape From a smooth check-in to thoughtful touches throughout the stay, everything felt effortless. And and such a great experience with K.Manich (trainee) at the pool bar! The atmosphere was exactly what you'd hope for — chill, refreshing, and fun.
