Excellent experience.Special appreciation & Thanks goes to ‘Mew’ in Front Desk who assisted us right from Check-In.To our delight the room was assigned much earlier than our expectation.Mew also assisted with a late check out request & organised taxi to Airport.People like Mew makes a big difference.Hotel,Quality of Rooms,F&B & other facilities are top notch.Planning to stay again with our families on our next visit to Bangkok.

I returned to this hotel every year for a family vacation. My dog enjoyed staying here as she always did. Hotel staffs are truly pet lovers and very friendly.

Great place to stay in Bangkok!
From the moment that we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm smile. The hotel from the outside looked fantastic and interior was embellished with style. Check in was very smooth and easy! We were helped by Titang who was very professional and friendly. Process didn’t take long and she was even able to upgrade our room, which was super sweet of her. I stayed in several different chains in Bangkok and thought IHG front desk was the most professional and knowledgeable. Buffet was great for breakfast! Get there early or it gets busy.
