Warm welcome from Aum the concierge staff
Improve Wow what a great hotel and a lovely warm welcome from 'Aum'. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like old friends. The hotel looks amazing, the lobby floor is a hive of activity with restaurants and spaces to chill. Once shown to the room we were more than happy with the booking, great views, nice decor, huge bath! I'm a happy man

Best hotel experience in Bangkok
Best hotel I stayed at in Bangkok hands down. The residence rooms are so family friendly with a kitchen and washer dryer which was absolutely needed with our infant. The guest especially Mi was so accommodating when we checked in and offered an amazing upgrade for our stay. The entire staff was highly attentive. I would stay at the Kimpton again when I come back to Bangkok.

This is my family first choice hotel to stay in Bangkok. We had been coming back for so many times when we have vacation in Bangkok. Location is good, quiet and peaceful, atmosphere & vibe is definitely beyond my expectations. Every time check in the room there is always surprise for my little one. Rooms are spacious and clean. Special hight light to their lovely front desk manager Ms Mi, she will assist you whatever you need and her smile will really cheer up your day ❤️ P/S: I’m very enjoy their hotel breakfast 🥰

An Exceptional Hotel
The Kimpton Mai-Lai hotel is an extraordinary hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Grape, a hotel manager, who made sure that everything about my stay would be first class. After a very long and arduous trip from the U.S., arriving at the hotel exhausted in the morning with a check-in scheduled for 3 pm, Grape made sure that I was able to get into my room immediately. The food, service and facilities (gym, pool) are exceptional. All hotel employees are clearly extremely well trained and were consistently friendly, helpful and responsive to all requests. Truly a great hotel!
