Luxurious pet friendly stay
Warm, kind and high level service all around. We brought our small dog with us and the stay was accommodating and comfortable. Eric provided standout service when he welcomed us at check in and happy hour.

Great people… great product.. great Stay
Fantastic experience… serenity nestled in the heart of BKK. A short & sweet stay but perfect for a getaway. Cyn was amazing, executed a seamless check in & check out experience, provided us with a great hotel & room orientation and was very caring in her approach throughout. A great professional committed to the guest experience. The gym is very impressive with wonderful staff. Housekeeping also fantastic - turndown was perfect, attention to details. Will definitely be coming back to stay again - thank you Cyn & team.

A wonderful place to stay
The staff was welcoming, kind, respectful and responsive to our needs. Tina was professional and polite The property is beautiful and location is central to many places of interest. Breakfast is a dining experience with choices even a picky eater would appreciate. The room was beautiful and spacious

A gem in the heart of Bangkok - wonderful stay
It was a wonderful and memorable stay starting from the check in with Cyn - she was amazing, efficiency and very helpful. We also had a great experience in Gym as well, what an incredible gym your hotel has. Very well equipped and useful with the park view, nothing but stunning. The housekeeping who did the turn down service was very organized, this was a small thing that makes us very impressed. We met some of the housekeeping at the corridor and they were super friendly. We will definitely go back.

Great service and rooms
Staff is always very kind and the service is top notch. We love our room too - plenty of space and a clean layout with a tub by the window and separate shower. They also offer a daily happy hour by the pool, which is very decent for being complimentary. Second time staying here and enjoying it just as much as the first.
