Great Hotel ana Amazing customer service.
High quality hotel with full amenities. Great customer service. Asia Himm at concierge was extremely professional and helpful after coming back from a rainy day. He prepared towels for me to clean up at the lobby which I was grateful. I will certainly come back.

Second home in Bangkok
Service is amazing, every time we check-in and check-out we are greeted with the most friendly staff. The last time was especially special since we moved to Bangkok and Mong the porter was a star, we had so much luggage also from the kids and he helped us deal with the the Grab Drivers, talked to us about areas to move to. Dream at the reception was always trying to accommodate every possible request and the concierges helped us navigate Laundry Logistics with a smile. We felt like we had made great friends already in the new country. Thank you Lancaster Staff, it’s not just the great facilities and relaxing Spa, but the people that make it worth going!
