Perfect stay in Bangkok
We would definitely stay here again. Its location to the MRT station is good and the Sky Train not far. Terminal 21 is only one stop away on the MRT so you have an outstanding food court nearby. Their daily breakfast is excellent. What is really exceptional is their staff. They epitomize “Thai style and kindness”.

could do with some improvements
I stayed at this hotel for 28 days and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, there were a few issues during my stay. The phone charging port in the room did not work, so I was unable to charge my phone properly. We also did not receive the in-room tablet until two weeks into our stay, which was inconvenient given the length of our visit. Additionally, there was mould present in the shower, and both the room and bathroom amenities could have been better maintained and more well-equipped. That said, the staff truly made a difference. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness provided excellent service and made the hotel feel welcoming despite the shortcomings. It is the staff that make this a 5-star experience; however, the rooms alone are barely 3-star. The service from the team significantly elevated what would otherwise have been a disappointing stay.

Peacful hotel in a busy city.
Lovely Hotel in the middle of a very busy capital city. Clean, tidy and relaxing. Once in the hotel you do not know anything of the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Evening meals also very good, but wines expensive. Bangkok city extreamly busy but very, very interesting.

A very convenient hotel that surpassed expectations in quality of accommodation, charm of staff and value for money. Our premium suite was larger than most large one bed apartments, every possible convenience was offered and we will not hesitate to recommend the Lancaster Hotel to all our colleagues and friends
