Lancaster Bangkok

This hotel is amazing, it’s so beautiful and the staff are so happy and helpful! The door men / bell men were especially lovely and thoughtful. Their names were Arm and Noom. Easy location for taxi. Lovely room with a great view of the city. Amazing value for money. Thank you to this hotel, we will be back!

I stayed for 3 nights for the first part of my Thailand holiday. Staff were really welcoming and friendly, my room was spotless, bed was huge and comfortable, bathroom was great with excellent shower pressure. I used the gym a few times which had great facilities with many machines and equipment. Breakfast was always a welcome treat with many options, again staff very friendly. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro station which was really handy, two 7-11’s directly opposite. Despite the Bangkok traffic, it was very soundproof and was rarely disturbed by any noise. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you ☺️

Our stay at Lancaster Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the elegant and uniquely designed lobby. Visiting in December made it even more special, as the seasonal decorations added a magical and welcoming festive charm. We booked a Club Room and thoroughly enjoyed the exclusive access to the Club Lounge. The quality of the cocktails, mocktails, and finger food was excellent, and the staff there were consistently warm, attentive, and very well trained. Their service elevated our experience every day. Across the entire hotel, the hospitality was outstanding. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. The housekeeping team, in particular, impressed us with their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles — they truly made our stay feel home-like. Breakfast at Lancaster was another highlight. The food quality was superb — nothing overly showy, just thoughtfully prepared, delicious dishes. We especially loved the sashimi. The variety was impressive, covering Western, Eastern, and several other cuisines. The live cooking station chefs were incredibly welcoming and passionate, creating an atmosphere we haven’t often experienced in other hotels. One of the most memorable touches was returning to our room to find a beautifully presented birthday cake and a heartfelt message. This thoughtful gesture made the stay even more meaningful. We also loved the pool and the relaxing overall vibe of the property. The atmosphere is serene yet modern, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day in the city. Lancaster Bangkok has truly become one of our favourite hotels. It feels warm, homely, and exceptionally well-run. We are already looking forward to returning and will definitely choose Lancaster for our next trip to Bangkok. Highly recommended for travellers seeking comfort, quality service, and a memorable hospitality experience.
