The Lancaster Bangkok has always been one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are comfortable, the food is great, and the service team is genuinely kind and attentive. I’ve always appreciated the level of hospitality the hotel is known for. That’s why this recent experience was especially disappointing. Due to a booking mistake, I accidentally selected the wrong dates. I called the hotel immediately and was reassured that changing it would be no problem, I just needed to make a new booking for the correct dates. I did that, but never received any follow-up about the original reservation. When I arrived, I explained the situation again, expecting some understanding or at least a gesture of goodwill. Instead, I was met with polite but rigid responses and zero flexibility. I even suggested moving the stay to a later date instead of canceling, but was told this wouldn’t be possible unless I paid for a third booking in advance. To make matters worse, despite booking an executive suite, I was placed in a standard room. For a hotel of this level, I would have expected a more empathetic and solution-oriented approach. Especially when the issue was an honest mistake and I was trying to find a fair resolution. Even a small gesture like a rebooking, a credit, or any form of goodwill would have gone a long way.

Aziz has been very helpful and welcoming ever since my day of arrival. He recommended me the places to go with halal foods included. He will always be there whenever I needed help with my enquiries. Thank you Aziz for the wonderful service!

We had a wonderful experience. We booked 4 rooms with access to the Executive Club over the weekend. Very good quality of service, F&B and facility. I would highly recommend Lancester Bangkok.

Our fave 4.5/5star in Bangkok! Great rooms, service, and beautiful gym. One thing I’d change is they need to upgrade their TVs to Smart TVs🤣 Addtl tip: try the ramen at the ground floor resto. So good!
