Great
I am a returning guest and chose to stay here again for my holiday because I always have a wonderful experience. It was especially nice that some of the staff recognized me and welcomed me back, which made me feel valued and at home. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The service throughout my stay was excellent - everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, my stay was nearly perfect. The only minor issue was some noise from the road, but it did not significantly affect my experience. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Best 5 star hotel value for money
The room was big and clean. The standard is rearly 5 star and a lot for the money. The best gym in all the hotels i have try the last 25 years. I will come back for sure 💪.

Lancaster hotel Bangkok
We stayed at the Lancaster hotel in Bangkok for 3 nights in March. The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and the staff were all very helpful. The rooftop pool and bar areas were great after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is not central but close to public transport options. Breakfast was included with our reservation, there was plenty of choice with some dishes cooked fresh in front of you. Our room was also huge.
