Solid hotel and amazing staff
I had to stay at Lancaster Bangkok for 2 days to attend a concert near the hotel, but unfortunately, during my stay, there was flooding in Bangkok. Even though there was an unfortunate situation happening around, all of the hotel staff were so professional. They handled everything well and helped me make it to the concert. Khun Mong even guided me on how to go to Bravo BKK and gave me everything I needed to know to survive the flooding. The food was excellent for both room service and breakfast, so I didn't need to risk going outside for food. Also, the room was clean and spacious. This hotel has everything I needed, and I can say that I was lucky to have chosen to stay at Lancaster Bangkok. I will definitely come back again one day!

Good location and nice staff
Good location, 5mins walk to the MRT station. There were flood conditions around Bangkok city during my stay, but the hotel back gate is all clear and the shuttle bus keeps running. Hotel staff Mong is very nice and kind with all my questions and helped me with my luggage.

Great Hotel ana Amazing customer service.
High quality hotel with full amenities. Great customer service. Asia Himm at concierge was extremely professional and helpful after coming back from a rainy day. He prepared towels for me to clean up at the lobby which I was grateful. I will certainly come back.

Perfect hotel for exploring Bangkok. Convenient location close to the subway station. Breakfast was great and lots of choice.
