The Landmark Bangkok

We stayed at the Landmark for 5 nights from 16th October. The second time we have stayed at the hotel. The hotel has an excellent location very close to Nana sky train. We stayed in a club room with access to the club lounge. The lounge is very nice with excellent service. And a good selection of light bites- although some people seemed to behave as though it was their main meal! We were entitled to 1 piece of free laundry a day- as there were 3 of us staying we thought this wasnt particularly generous but the service itself was the best we have ever experienced. The items we had cleaned came back better than when they were first bought! One item had stains that hadn't been removed in 8 years of washing but the hotel managed it! The swimming pool is also very nice and secluded and certainly doesn't feel like you are in the middle of a big city. All the staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and helpful. We had to call a Dr for our little girl and every staff member we met seemed to know about it and enquired how she was. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I would like to commend the hotel manager Mr. Zimmerman and his staff for another wonderful stay at his hotel. From the moment you walk in the front door and are greeted by the bellman and the smiling front desk staff you will feel welcome. I believe many hotels can have great rooms and facilities which this hotel does but the staff are what makes this hotel extra special. From the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff you will never be disappointed in the service and attention paid to making your stay comfortable, content and happy. As for the details, they have a pool, great restaurants as well as many other amenities. Enjoy the street life of Bangkok as you sip a drink on their patio or enjoy a meal if you wish. Take a short walk on the sky train and visit the beautiful malls just a mile away. Or let Mr. Raj the concierge and his staff help you plan your trip to the temples and the great cruise along the river. There is a gym and a great walking or running pad about a half mile away. I could say much more but please find out for yourself and enjoy the sights of Bangkok and enjoy the smiles and welcome when you arrive back at the hotel from a long day around the town.

I had not stayed at the Landmark for a few years but returned in September 2025 Breakfast was good with numerous choice, rooms were well maintained and reception staff were efficient and good natured I had bit of a dizzy spell in the lift and the attention I received from the staff especially the manager was first class and am truly grateful They checked again later in the day which was much appreciated highly recommend this hotel

We reserve platinum room and they upgraded us to suite so thanks for mr Rye and all staff for well cooperation, also the food were delicious with a lot of types the staff were respectful and helpful with the guests overall 10/10 staying

I had a great stay at The Landmark. It is well-located on Sukhumvit Road near the Nana BTS. The room was clean and spacious, with great view of the city. The ambience was great and welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast on-site, with a wide selection of Western, Chinese, and Thai meal options that are available. Most importantly, the front desk staff were superb. Clavis assisted me during check-in and was very thorough, friendly, and professional. He also remembered me during check-out and worked with Praew. Really appreciative of the team's great knowledge and friendly demeanour. Highly enjoyed the stay at The Landmark and would be keen to return again !
