The Landmark Bangkok, a part of the Lifestyle collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, occupies an enviable patch of land in central Bangkok that's adjacent to scores of shops and restaurants and effortlessly tied to the rest of the city by SkyTrain. Gracious service and cool, well appointed accommodations greet guests in this modern high rise. Restaurants create a range of experiences, from the lofty, formal Sui Sian to the ground-level Terrace, which offers a shady immersion in Bangkok street life where prime people watching accompanies an ice-cold Chang beer.

I first stayed at the Landmark 25 years ago, and the last few years I have been coming to Bangkok twice a year. The Landmark is my go-to. Sure, you can find more expensive and more luxurious hotels in Bangkok. And occasionally, I am tempted to do that. But the Landmark offers legitimately 5 star comfort and service for under $150 a night. Good luck finding that elsewhere in Bangkok. The service is impeccable...front desk, concierge, and housekeeping. The restaurant on the top floor has excellent views, wonderful atmosphere, and unbeatable views of the city.

My wife and I have been staying at The Landmark Hotel for ten years now and we always love our visits. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The amenities are second to none and the food always tastes amazing. The newly renovated Atrium area is bright and modern and the bar staff especially friendly. On recent visits I have noticed that when Muslim guests are present, all pork-based dishes are removed from the morning buffet. While I understand the wish to accommodate dietary requirements, completely withdrawing these options means other guests lose choices they would normally expect. Thailand is not a predominantly Muslim country, and a buffet that simply omits items rather than offering clearly labelled alternatives or a separate selection can leave non-Muslim guests feeling their preferences have been set aside. A more inclusive approach—keeping the usual range of dishes available while clearly labelling them, or providing a small separate section for those who require it—would allow everyone to enjoy the breakfast without restricting anyone’s options. I hope the hotel will consider this small adjustment so that the buffet continues to serve all guests equally. I look forward to future stays and hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit in which it is offered.

We had lunch buffet at the Landmark hotel Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful. The officers are nice. The parking is on the building in the back.

Stayed at The Landmark for a few nights this month with the family. Spotless hotel, pleasant staff though we had issues with overcharging for an unnecessary extra bed (later refunded). Also made use of the laundry, room service, breakfast (average), the Rib Room restaurant (excellent) and spa. Would recommend but be cautious of the location - close to heavy night spots (not appropriate for small children) and in a heavy traffic area, though right next to a station.

Excellent hotel with good value rooms ,very good and pleasant staff who all contribute to a great experience .I return to this hotel each time in BKK due to these reasons ...... The only negative would be the pool area /jacuzzi as this area is slightly dated and didnt appear to be renovated with the rest of the hotel recently but otherwise all good ...
