Best place to stay in Bangkok
This was our second stay at The Landmark. Our room was a Deluxe Suite on level 28. This gave us VIP Club access in the evenings for pre-dinner drinks and canapes, and at Breakfast time also. We had dinner at RR&B Steakhouse on our last night in Bangkok - the food and service and the view were amazing. In fact, all the staff we encountered were so welcoming and friendly throughout the hotel. They certainly justified our reasoning for a second stay. The pool is a worthwhile visit also - nine floors up from the hubbub of Sukhumvit Road, and attended by great staff delivering pool-side drinks with a smile! It was a great way to cool down after shopping and touring Bangkok during the day.

An amazing stay in Bangkok
This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and all of them were really great. The rooms, the food outlets, house keeping and the service were fantastic. A special shout-out must go to the team at the executive lounge, and specifically to Alice. She was an absolute star! Alice's warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests made every visit to the lounge a pleasure. She was always quick to offer a fresh drink, remember my preferences.

Absolutely faultless at every level.
We stayed for a week , a week of perfection at all levels. The hotel is perfectly situated for the skytrain (right outside) , entertainment areas (2 minute walk) and food ( everywhere). This is our go to hotel in bangkok and I've been staying there for 20 years, ever since my first trip (62 trips ago). Can't recommend the place enough and can't wait to return again at Xmas

Great views, smiles and facial
The night views from our room on the 27th floor and the club dining room on the 31st floor were magic. Take your camera. Beautiful lights of all colors open, flash and sparkle from about 630pm on. We remember the smiles and helpfulness from the Concierge, the doormen and the room staff. Thank you. Do get a facial at the spa center. The best and most relaxing yet.

Overpriced
We checked in around 11:00 me and my daughter. The check in was quick the room was ready and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean but as very obvious need renovation. The furniture, tv and bathrooms altough well maintained but old Having Bath robes would be appreciated too. Room was clean and comfortable Tv channels were nice Location is very convenient to bumrengrad hospital checkout was a breeze.
