The Landmark Bangkok

We checked in around 11:00 me and my daughter. The check in was quick the room was ready and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean but as very obvious need renovation. The furniture, tv and bathrooms altough well maintained but old Having Bath robes would be appreciated too. Room was clean and comfortable Tv channels were nice Location is very convenient to bumrengrad hospital checkout was a breeze.

I’m writing this review while actually staying at The Landmark Hotel and again I’m reminded why I continue to return time after time. This hotel never fails to deliver the very best experience, from the moment of arriving until the moment you leave. All the staff are exceptional without question. The attention to detail and the consistency of service are remarkable. Every stay feels personal, familiar, and relaxed. Khun Roj and Khun Lert are outstanding…they always remember me, and their genuine hospitality makes such a massive difference. Their kindness and warmth goes way beyond words. Khun Noi, Nino, Mit and Get also deserve special praise as well as the whole team here, so many fantastic staff, their energy, friendliness, and dedication to their customers are exceptional. The rooms, as always, are great, spotless, cozy and quiet with plenty of amenities. From the pool, fantastic gym and top quality Spa to the many excellent dining options, including a magnificent breakfast buffet, everything is designed for comfort and quality. BTS sky train literally one minute away from the hotel makes it incredibly easy to get around the whole of Bangkok. There’s a reason I keep coming back. The Landmark is no ordinary hotel, always a very special comforting haven. No place I’d rather be in this fantastic “city of angels”. Feel so well taken care of!

Clean hotel right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to restaurants. Nice breakfast thought a bit pricey and a very clean spa. Overall a great place to stay if you are looking for a place that’s nice and not over the roof with costs in the city

We loved our stay at the Landmark. Everything about the hotel and room spoke luxury and we felt super special in an Executive Club room (highly recommend). The club room allows club access to alacarte breakfast, light snacks and beverages with afternoon tea and evening canapes buffettt style AND beverages all included. The service is 5 star and the Restaurant experience and food is outstanding. We will absolutely be returning!!! Thank you 😊

The Whole experience from warm arrival to departure and everything between was fantastic. The food came at the right pace with beautiful presentation and tasted great and the service was excellent . Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
