The Landmark Bangkok

There were so many good moments at the Landmark, It's a beacon that is very central to nightlife, shopping and convenience to the BTS. ROOM: The room was outstanding with excellent service, cleanliness, fine linens and nicely appointed. AMENITIES: Everything you could wish for was there - great towels, toothbrush, Q-tips and so on. The rooms were cleaned timely and accurately. It was a pleasure to come home each evening. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. The couch was a bit unsightly and could probably use a good steam cleaning. The desk and chair were comfortable. Plenty of outlets for phone, computer, etc. FOOD: This is where I felt the hotel fell short. The Quad which has coffee, Italian including Pizza, Thai and basic Chinese food. It was not good. Service is slow and the food is underwhelming. The pizza was quite good and we had that a few days for snacks or happy hour. POOL: The pool is lovely with nice chaise lounges, but the water is a bit cool. I would think about 82° F (guessing). It was just a bit cold. Most disappointing was the Jacuzzi. It's nice and the water flows gut it's ice cold. We were told it was "a hot tub" and that is not the case. Spoke to the pool staff and management to no avail. I would heartily recommend the hotel for business or pleasure and I will stay there again — but it would be nice to invest in a heater for the Jacuzzi. Friends who used spa services said they were great but pricey.

We had to rearrange our two day stay twice before because of the situation in the Middle East, this was done without fuss from the Hotel. This to us reflects the way the place is managed, moving and adjusting itself to the needs of the traveller. As for our stay, it’s made very easy, with unfailingly friendly and professional staff. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Very nice staff. They were very helpful in and out of the hotel. I asked for best shopping area. They took the time to know what I was looking for and direct me to best places. Very comfortable rooms with great Amenities. Fantastic location, but still very quiet. I highly recommend the restaurant there. Very affordable.

Excellent stay and fantastic atmosphere. Great location on Sukhumvit Road, near to skytrain an a lot of sights. Enjoyed the bar as well. Good service 🍸🍹🙏🏻

Another visit to the Landmark Bangkok Hotel, both very excited to return to our favourite Bangkok hotel for a 50th birthday celebration. As a result we had arranged the Landmark Mercedes Limo from BKK where friendly and professional Tun greeted us wearing the distinctive Landmark gold uniform, before directing us to the car. The transport was slick and safe. Upon arrival, we noticed that the grand lobby entrance was now finished and looked amazing. The front lobby staff were extremely welcoming and took us to the club (premium) check in area. We arrived on an early flight and after a short wait, was lucky enough to be allowed into our deluxe suite earlier than normal. The suite was lovely, ample space and storage, large bathtub, large walk in shower and two sinks. A separate room with seating area and office style next to the bedroom. As always the bed was super comfy. Room always cleaned perfectly. Fruit and flowers were provided and a lovely birthday gesture of rose petals and towel cake created onto the bed. Very thoughtful. The birthday meal was held in the Rib Room restaurant on the 31st floor. Amazing service, great views over the Bangkok night sky line and the best steak I have ever tasted. We always wanted to try this restaurant and was not disappointed. The club floor lounge was as good as always. All staff again were extremely attentive and helpful and very friendly. Still the vast selection of snacks, beer, cocktails and wine available between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. Again, great views from here over the Bangkok skyline. Big thank you to Natnasa P the club floor manager for looking after us. The pool area was relaxing, very clean and a lot busier than our previous visits now we were here in high season. The pool attendants were always busy ensuring guests were provided with sunbeds and towels, and the sun terrace upstairs was most definitely used as an overfill. The pool sides did have more space than sunbeds, so would benefit with a few more sunbeds to accommodate more guests. The bar at the pool area is staffed from 11am and we found the snacks and drinks here to be reasonably priced. We used the spa located next to the pool, the massage was ultra relaxing and professional. We just had to return for a second massage. A perfect massage in a calm environment. Check in and check out located at the club floor reception, was conducted by the same person, and in contrast to the rest of our perfect stay, was both disappointing. The management was great in providing service recovery for check in. The staff member would in my opinion benefit from further training. Centrally located to many restaurants and bars, a stones throw from Nana BTS, and a high standard and friendly hotel. We will be back. BeLu London January 2026.
