Room cleaning services was great. On did such an amazing job with arranging our stuff since we were always in a rush. She always also made sure we were stocked with water and other necessities.

I attended a seminar here. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, the staff were welcoming, and the facilities were complete.

Good location, good employee, Meeting room is good and, Restaurant is good, Service very good and noise level is low easy to travel here

We had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien Bangkok and were consistently impressed by the level of hospitality throughout our visit. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the fresh coconut was a standout touch that we looked forward to each morning. It’s those little details that really elevate the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every time we passed through the lobby or rode the elevators, we were greeted with genuine smiles. The team is warm, friendly, and exceptionally intuitive — they read and relate to guests in a very natural, personal way, making the service feel sincere rather than scripted. A special thank you to the executive lounge staff — Pio, Cream, Sam, and Napa — for their attentive and thoughtful care, as well as to the valets Fernando and Javi, who were always welcoming and helpful. One particularly meaningful moment was on a day when the air quality was poor. Staff proactively offered us masks out of genuine concern for our health, which spoke volumes about their attentiveness and care for guests’ well-being. Overall, this was a truly positive and memorable experience. Le Meridien Bangkok delivers not only comfort and quality, but heartfelt service that makes you feel truly valued. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
