Le Meridien Bangkok

I visit Le Meridien Bangkok regularly and always get my coffee from the same staff member at the coffee shop, Khun Yui. On one occasion, I asked her to make my Americano a specific way - light hot with extra room temperature water. This morning, she made it exactly like that without me even asking, and explained how she prepared my coffee per my preference. It's really nice when someone pays attention and remembers the little things. She always makes my visits more enjoyable, and I think she deserves recognition for her thoughtful service!

While I did not stay overnight, I did have the pleasure of enjoying a day pass and it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the lobby full of natural lighting and stylish art pieces that gives a unique touch. Special mention to K. Nuk at Tempo Lounge for the exceptional service. K. Ching & K. Pond at the gym and spa. As well as K. Jed at Rolling Ribs. Their hospitality (K. Nuk in particular) truly made my day. From the delicious tea at Tempo Lounge to the lovely view by the pool, every moment felt special. The highlight is the gym that featured an ice bath as well as sauna. Overall, my day at Le Meridian was a pleasant experience that I am already planning a staycation. The service, amenities and overall atmosphere was great. Can’t wait to stay overnight next time!

Excellent experience. The food and wine quality is really great. Excellent service at the executive lounge especially Mr , Martin, such a lovely person. Wow.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Bangkok. The hotel impresses with its stylish atmosphere and excellent facilities, but most of all with its outstanding service. A special highlight was the Club Lounge, which truly made my stay unforgettable. The staff there are exceptionally attentive, professional, and warm. Special thanks to Jommy, Martin, and Lulu Chef Bumb. Their excellent service, friendliness, and ability to anticipate every need greatly enhanced my experience. The culinary offerings in the lounge were varied and of high quality – thanks to Chef Bumb, a real highlight. I can highly recommend Le Méridien Bangkok and am already looking forward to my next stay!

Fantastic location, trendy and modern look with a good size room. The staff were excellent especially Guest Relationship Manager Kate. She addressed my concerns with professionalism and expeditiously.
