Le Meridien Bangkok

Amazing service. Shout out of Jommy who made sure my glass is constantly topped up. felt taken care of during my stay here.

The hotel is always my first choice in Bangkok if budget allows. The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok, which is within the walking distance to a lot of venues of nightlife and restaurants, as well as BTS and MRT stations. Le Méridien Bangkok also earns best luxury hotel in town for a few years, if I remember it correctly. The hotel is perfect for couples travelling around. There are a lot of food choices for the breakfast. One highlight I must state is the lounge service. As long as you walked in, the staff will greet you immediately with beautiful smile that will enlighten your day. The manager, Martin, at the lounge and I became friends after a few visits. The staff Jommy also made each visit a memorable one. The food is also amazing and I specifically asked and got the name of the chef — Lek. I personally enjoyed the lounge service a lot. The room is really spacious and amenities provided are good and sufficient. The front desk, the dining and housekeeping service also needs to be praised. In short, I couldn’t find any flaws for the stay and this is also a repeating stay and more will be coming. 100% recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel and especially the staff. I used their airport car transfer and was so impressed at how professional that stressful process is. They were amazing from check in and pointed out an error with my departure flight which they were able to fix. I added the access to the 24th floor club lounge and it was a great decision. Jommy and Chef Lek greeted me and my friend as if we were family. I can't wait to come back. Much appreciated. Everyone including the concierge went above and beyond the call of duty

My return to Le Meridien hotel was unmatched in terms of service. From Javi’s diligent service and natural gregariousness in welcoming me back to Kai remembering me by name at the front desk when checking me in with his warm and polite demeanor, my expectations were met and exceeded. Believe it or not, I actually looked forward to returning to my room to see what new and creative towel origami “Bang-on” (from housekeeping) prepared to surprise me, along with always finding my room immaculately tidied up. When seeing her in passing, she always displayed an exuberance that brightened my day. No matter how late you stay out at night to enjoy the sights and sounds, few are able to sleep in for some much needed rest because the breakfast buffet layout is a quintessential example of fusion or multicultural cuisine with so many favorite international dishes. Finally, the Club Lounge is one of my favorites of the many I have visited both at the Marriott and other brand properties. The food was delicious, varied daily to meet the culinary tastes of the most discerning guests. The lounge staff, including Pio, Jommy, Lulu, Samantha, Kathy and Javi, made me feel like my needs alone were of paramount concern in the high quality of service they provided daily, which was quite difficult, in and of itself, given that the lounge was usually bustling with guests, all of whom were presented with the same attentiveness without having to make constant demands. The food and service was equal to or exceeded some of the best lounges in Bangkok. One thing is abundantly clear about one’s experience at this Marriott location, which is in one of the most popular tourist areas in Bangkok, when you check out of Le Meridien, you will forever remember why the Kingdom of Thailand is renowned for being the Land of Smiles!

Great Club Lounge especially superb service from PIO, Kathy, C-game, Javi and Lulu!!! Will definitely come back to this hotel my next trip!!
