Excellent service all around! From the check-in, to the concierge to the lounge staff, they were amazing. We used the lounge - Jommy, Nas, Kathy and Martin were courteous and tended to us and our family with utmost attention.

The experience at the hotel lounge was fantastic. Jommy enabled an excellent dinner for our family—seating us in a special dining room given the size of our party and occupancy of the main dining area. He was extremely kind to our kids, giving them colorful drinks and art supplies. Overall, I give the hotel my highest recommendation, due in no small part to the outstanding service provided by Jommy and his team.

My family has now enjoyed breakfast here three times. Anyone who knows me knows that we almost never return to the same restaurant, but this is one of the rare exceptions. Every visit has been enjoyable, and we never get tired of it. One thing I really appreciate is that the buffet keeps improving. Every visit has brought a few changes, and I think the selection on this visit was the best so far. The Japanese section had been updated. Although the capelin roe and natto were no longer available, they added grilled saba and onigiri. The saba was served in a generous portion and tasted great with the Japanese soft-boiled egg. The rotating menu also changed. On previous visits they served ham or meatloaf, while this time it was picnic ham, which was excellent. I also noticed grilled pork skewers had been added to the Thai section. One of my favorite additions was the pastrami at the cold cuts station. It is not something you often find at a hotel breakfast buffet. The beef was well seasoned with spices, lightly smoked, sliced thin, and surprisingly juicy without being too salty. As someone who prefers beef, I actually enjoyed it even more than the Iberico ham. This was the dish that impressed me the most during this visit. My other favorite items were still there, especially the smoked salmon served with all the traditional condiments. It paired perfectly with the marinated cheese in olive oil. The veal sausages were as good as ever, and the bacon was excellent. I also ordered my usual omelet with extra cheese. When you cut into it, the melted cheese inside makes it even more delicious. There were also fish ball noodles, fish dumplings, crab shumai, and many other dishes that I simply didn't have enough room to try. The ice cream continues to be one of the highlights of this breakfast buffet. I have now tried every flavor, and they are all excellent. My favorite is the coffee flavor, which is rich and full of aroma. The lemon flavor is another standout, with small pieces of lemon peel that make it even fresher and more flavorful. The drinks selection was also very good, including fresh booster juices with fruit and vegetable pulp, tea, and coffee served throughout the meal. The coffee deserves special mention. I enjoyed it so much that I finally asked the staff what beans they use. They told me it was coffee from Laos, which is well known for its excellent quality. My mother finished her breakfast with an affogato, and it was the perfect ending to the meal. The service was excellent on every visit. A special thank you to Khun Aum, who has taken care of our family since our very first visit and still remembered us every time we returned. What impressed me even more was that Khun Aum warmly greeted many other returning guests as well, not just us. Khun Chock, Khun Aui, and Khun May were also friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The combination of food quality, variety, and warm hospitality makes this one of my favorite hotel breakfast buffets in Bangkok. I would happily come back again.
