スタッフの温かい対応が心に残る、素敵な滞在でした

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Thank you for making our stay so special! またバンコクを訪れる際には、ぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

Outstanding Customer Service Experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

My family and I had such a wonderful stay. From the moment we booked, to the day of check-out, and even with some adjustments needed along the way, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Everyone, from the front desk to the coffee shop and those welcoming us at the door, made us feel truly cared for. Small gestures, like when we asked for transportation—whether a tuktuk or a cab—made a big difference. The lady and the gentleman at the front door even took pictures of the license plates, which made us feel safe and well looked after. When we return to Bangkok, we will definitely stay at the same hotel. Kudos to the team for providing such outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find such genuine care, and it truly made our trip memorable. Well done!

Weekend in Bangkok

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

I have visited Bangkok many times, but this was my first time staying at the Le Meridien. The central location close to public transportation and the room on the 21st floor had an excellent view. Martin in the Executive Club was excellent and provided the best level of service. I will certainly be back again.

Good city hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

We arrived quite late. The staff were very helpful but the room was dirty. We did get moved to another room which was cleaner. The whole hotel just felt dirty though. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I’d especially like to mention Jommy who works in the club lounge. He’s so friendly and happy all the time. He made us smile, thankyou Jommy. The hotels in quite a good area. But there seems to be a lot of business people staying here, it’s not particularly a holiday kind of hotel.

Moldy and Blood-Stained Pillows Discovered After 3-Night Stay – Poor Handling by Management

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Stayed here July 31–August 3, 2026 to celebrate my birthday. Right before checkout, we found my friend’s pillow was moldy and mine had visible blood stains — meaning we’d been sleeping on this for our entire 3-night stay. I reported it immediately to the Front Desk Manager. She said she’d check with Housekeeping, then came back and admitted Housekeeping wouldn’t verify it, but that she personally believed my photos. With our flight in under 2 hours, she offered an unusable executive lounge pass and an apology — nothing more. When I said I’d file a formal complaint, she offered 5,000 points, which I declined, then walked away. Marriott’s official response later claimed there was “no evidence” and that my photos’ timing “couldn’t be established” — despite my photos having clear timestamp/location metadata, and despite the property’s own manager already having accepted this in person. Checking hygiene isn’t the guest’s job — we only caught this by chance before leaving. Sharing this so future guests know what to check for, and how this was handled once reported. Room Tip: Inspect your bedding carefully, regardless of room category.
