Le Meridien Bangkok

One of the highlights of our stay at Le Méridien Bangkok was the consistently excellent service at the Club Lounge. As a frequent hotel guest, I particularly appreciate service that feels genuinely personal rather than simply procedural, and the lounge team did this exceptionally well. A special mention goes to Martin, Jommy, and Jonas, all of whom were warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout our stay. in particular, they remembered our preference for hot milk and made sure it was prepared for us every time we visited the lounge. It may sound like a small detail, but this kind of attention to individual preferences is exactly what distinguishes truly memorable five-star hospitality. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We look forward to returning to Le Méridien Bangkok.

Our fifth stay – exceptional hospitality and outstanding value We are back at Le Méridien Bangkok for our fifth visit, this time for a three-week stay, and once again the welcome has been incredibly warm. Our room was ready a little later than expected, but this was no problem at all. We were welcomed straight into the lounge and offered an alternative room in the meantime. The team handled everything with care and flexibility. A special thank you to Jommy, who has looked after us wonderfully as always, and to Oil and the rest of the team. Their kindness and personal attention are a huge part of why we keep coming back. For us, the club lounge remains the best we have experienced among Marriott properties in Bangkok. The combination of attentive service, friendliness, flexibility and excellent food makes it stand out. The value for money is outstanding. It is the people here who make every stay feel special. We are delighted to be back and will definitely return again!
