EXPLOITS FOREIGNERS CHARGING CRAZY PRICES - A TRANSACTIONAL HOTEL🥲
This hotel over charges for drinks and room service - disgusting prices and not in line with other 5 star hotels - like other reviews have mentioned - order room service and it’s the same price as another night stay! I find this hotel exploits foreigners visiting and charges exceptionally high prices through greed. The hotel rests on its laurels of the film ‘hangover’ being filmed here and the views and has got too comfortable exploiting guests - the rooms are tired and worn and even though they charge mental prices - higher than Europe / America - the have not invested the money back into the hotel. Greedy directors at the top springs to mind!

The best for decades as ever.
Been to this hotel several times, this time is really remarkable. The reception lady is so nice and gorgeous. She kindly put off the checkout time for me due to my late flight. So considerate and helpful. The view is so breathtaking and widely known in Bangkok. Strongly suggest you to stay here in Bangkok.

The suite was incredibly spacious with breathtaking views over Bangkok, and the service was second to none – attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The rooftop bar experience was unforgettable, and breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Every detail made us feel truly pampered. Highly recommend!”

Several stays - always happy!
I could not select the right date due to drop down limitation. It is sincerely the best place to stay in Bangkok for me. The suites are nice with one or several balconies, staff is helpful, the restaurant on the top floor is amazing. I recommend!
