The best hotel in Bangkok
It was an extraordinary experience! The service was impeccable from the minute we stepped off the taxi and back in another at checkout. Jomel, the guest relations manager at reception was very nice and had perfect English. He explained everything and took care of us personally throughout our stay. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel except I wish I had more time there!

Great hotel with great service and helpful staff.
Very good and warm welcome at arrival, and a very good kind and helpful general manager at the desk Rajan. The rooms are very spacious, and have the best views from the balkony. Breakfast is amazing at the place. I highly recommend the hotel.

Great Staff
The staff was very welcoming and kind. The cleaning staff was very detail oriented. very helpful with all our questions and the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. Tv remote broke and we called about it at 3 in the morning. We were watching tv by 3:30. It was my birthday and they set the room with a birthday banner when we checked in and a special red velvet cake with a candle that night. Oh and the view from the premium river view room is worth the extra $.

Amazing honeymoon stay !!
On arrival, we were treated impeccably by the check in team. They upgraded our room from a river view as booked to the Hangover II suite. What an amazing hotel and room. The staff were so attentive and all the facilities were top class. We have not visited the sky bar yet but will do so later and review again.
